Jacqueline is kind, patient and willing to help but we spent most of our time dealing with unexplained errors, rather than feeling supported. She often followed up with the airline - and we had a lot of questions! Sunwing could not care less about our group, refusing to sign the contract we signed onto and changing our flight without any explanation. Jacqueline reimbursed us for the guest deposits when sunwing wouldn’t. Although she spent hours trying to get a hold of them, we were always getting the shorter end of the stick, including concessions which changed in definition from the original contract. The wedding week was the most stressful as guests outside the trip window were not in the system and did not have their airport transfers show up. We were on an airport transfer that left 4 hours before our flight, only for guests to wait 1 hour to enter the gates. We are happy the process is done, and thank Jacqueline for all she did. We certainly don’t recommend sunwing to anyone.
