Destination Wedding Gone PERFECT
Launa made our experience traveling for our wedding with 20+ people an absolute breeze! Every person was traveling a from a unique area and all required different accommodations. She was able to work with everyone to ensure we had an easy trip. She was great at communicating any changes and of course sending out reminders to everyone! She also acted as the 3rd party to communicate wedding accommodations, booked the wedding with the hotel and got us in touch with the wedding coordinator from there

Our first big trip!
Launa is Awesome!! She was referred to us from a family member in another state. I wasn't sure how that would work since we have never used a travel agent and we were in Illinois. We sent her an email and she answered every question and concern we had. We had to travel with oxygen and Launa was in contact with our doctors and airlines making sure everything went smoothly. Our trip was amazing!

Once in a lifetime!

Best Travel Agent in Pocatello! Thank You Launa!
My Wife and I travel as often as time allows, and we always contact Launa first. Launa always makes the process very easy for us. She takes all the stress out of planning. Some people may have the impression that using a Travel Agent adds to the cost of a trip, but it is just the opposite! We save a lot having Launa as our Travel Agent, which means we can visit more places! Launa has a great deal of information about destinations that saves her clients time and money. If we call or e-mail, Launa always gets back with us right away to answer our questions. We wouldn't travel any other way!

African Splendor with Micato
We have used Launa for four International Trips. She has been invaluable. Each time every details has been arranged perfectly. Unfortunately each trip has also had either airline or personal issues spring up that we could not have foreseen. All we have had to do it contact her and she rearranged every detail from here. We would not travel internationally without using Launa. She has been wonderful. A lifesaver.
