Brian did a fabulous job communicating regularly throughout the planning process. He helped ensure every detail of the trip was taken care of so that we had no stress. The relationships he has with the airlines and vendors made all the difference in creating a magical trip that was tailored for our family! I will always use him as our travel professional- best decision we ever made!

Trip of a Lifetime!
I cannot think of a more responsive company. Regardless of the time of day (or night) Brian Fierro was always available to help with every aspect of my travel. It made it very easy to enjoy this once in a lifetime opportunity to see chimpanzees and silver back gorillas in their natural habitats. I cannot thank them enough for creating an exceptional adventure.

Trip of a LIFETIME planned PERFECTLY by COASTWISE
Brian is incredible and his experience and attention to detail made our 12 day trip with excursions and transportation absolutely perfect. He listened carefully to our goals and interests and recommended activities our entire family could enjoy. When the airline canceled our return flight, he was proactive in getting our seats rebooked and his guidance and the unbelievable service he provided is why we’ll always use and recommend Brian and Pam for all our future trips. I used to plan everything, but after using Brian we have enjoyed our trips so much more because of the stress free planning. We highly recommend using Coastwise travel services!! A+++++

The trip of a lifetime
Brian became like family after talking for an entire year prior to our Hawaii trip! He was thorough, listened to what was important to our family and made things so seemless that my husband even commented about how easy this trip was! We knew going in that we would never have a trip at this caliber again. We spent a fortune, but I would do it again because every detail was planned out. We had zero hiccups and truly every day for 12 days was perfect.

"Under The Tuscan Sun" experience
Working with Brian was a joy. I initially reached out about 1 month before deciding on a trip to Italy with my 88 year old mother. She wanted the Tuscany experience. Our expectations were not high as this was not a lot of time for booking airline, villa's, day trips, etc. Brian worked with us on a weekly (mostly daily) basis editing our itinerary until it was perfect for us. Our villa was beyond amazing from the location to the food and the exceptional staff. Our day trips were thoughtfully planned out due to my mother's limitations from COPD (Brian arranged private daily driving tours in which we were picked up at our villa as well as wheel chair assistance when needed ). These trips allowed us to see many different areas and experience as much as possible without feeling "over booked".<br/>I highly recommend Brian and Coastwise Travel!!! Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!

I love the DR!
Brian was great; always pleasant, listened to our needs as a family and arranged for all the details of the trip we were looking for! When we unfortunately got stuck leaving due to airline issues, Brian was right there with us helping as much as he could! Highly recommend using Brian especially for International travel.

Easiest Planned Trip Ever!
Brian Fierro did an outstanding job booking our family vacation. We told him we were looking for a tropical experience for the family (We have a 19, 16 and 9 year old). He provided us with 3 choices, each with incredible detail so we could effectively weigh the pros and cons of each. We settled on the Dominican Republic. Brian's communication before, during and after the trip was excellent! It was as if he was on the trip with us! He was aware of flight changes and was on top of it in real-time and ready to assist without us having to reach out to him first. We were blown away and not expecting that level of service. Coastwise Travel really takes the stress out of planning a trip!

Trip of a lifetime!
When considering a trip to Antarctica I knew I wanted to rely on a professional with first hand experience, which is why I chose Brian- I was not disappointed. We discussed my objectives and parameters and Brian tailored an itinerary that satisfied my interests and budget. His planning expertise resulted in a door-to-door experience that was seamless. It allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our trip, especially the wonders that only Antarctica can provide, without worrying about the details. We're already planning our next adventure with Brian!
