David did an awesome job helping us and another couple arrange every detail of our long planned bucket list Viking River Cruise, including flights, cabin booking, shipboard extras, before and after cruise hotels and ground transportation. He was a true pleasure to deal with, professional, knowledgeable and highly competent. Unfortunately COVID-19 caused us a 1-year delay, but David brilliantly handled rescheduling!

We wanted to surprise our children with a Thanksgiving cruise to the Bahamas and David was able to deliver our wishes in short notice!
