She did wonderful handling 4 different parties involved in the group planning and kept us all updated on any changes that needed to be made.
The app tern was a great quick reference to plans that needed to be reviewed and payments to be made towards the trip. The app also included all documents that we needed along the way. A big thanks to Brook for downloading everything that we might need in the app.
