You’ll also find the Three Sisters Rocks at Echo Park both breathtaking and exciting - a beautiful backdrop for any adventure, such as walking in the bush or rock climbing activities. If you love wines, then you won’t want to miss a trip to the Hunter Valley, which is world famous for its local cellars.  Head north from Newcastle, and you’ll find secluded and idyllic towns dotting the coast to Queensland.
