April is very professional and timely for programming our vacation sites and adventures. She spent a lot of time to get to know what our desires and wishes for our vacation. She was always available for us during the time we were on site on vacation. We never felt alone , we always felt supported that we could call or email her in case we had problems.

5 Stars for April . I would never attempt a trip without the expertise of Aprils planning of every detail.<br/><br/><br/><br/>

April steered us through the decision-making process to stay in three fabulous upscale camps/lodges. We felt a little short changed in trying to get detailed information in advance of travel. For instance, when asking about the food, we were told it would be a variety of local cuisine. In fact, although there was some crocodile and an antelope choices, the overall menus were western. We particularly liked our three guides. Although we were told that we might have different guides/drivers/spotters/trackers each game drive, ((two drives per day), we ended up having one guide per Lodge, from airport pick up to airport drop off, including all game drives, boat trips, and walks. All guides and staff in all three budgets were very knowledgeable, safety, conscious, and more than hospitable.

April was attentive to all details of the trip & was very supportive when complications arose at home before the trip. The result of her detailed attention made for a wonderful trip: - The seamless transfers between airports & lodgings made travel stress-free, as the assistance through customs processing also did. - The accommodations were outstanding, especially at the Jabulani, Sediba Sa Rona & Xugana lodges. The staff at all of the lodges made every effort to make us comfortable & accommodate our wishes. The Victoria Falls Lodge was a more typical hotel experience, though the included breakfast offered very good options. - The Victoria Falls tour was powerfully impressive & the lunch at the Lookout Cafe was memorable food-wise & in the beautiful setting. The Jabulani experience was first-class, with gourmet food quality & service. The Sediba Sa Rona & Xugana experiences were very good, but food service was a blend of wait-staff & self-service & offerings were not gourmet-class. We were spoiled at Jabulani! - All of the safari outings were wonderful: the guides made every effort to respectfully approach the animals & explain wildlife habits, ecological role & importance, tracking tips, etc. I will never forget this amazing trip! Thanks to April for all of the arrangements for experiencing this beautiful, foreign continent as well as could be expected!

April helped us from the beginning of our planning process by finding the perfect all-inclusive resort where we could relax and be pampered. Not only did she find a wonderful resort, but while we were there she helped with communication with Project Expedition on transportation and excursion plans. I appreciate April's quick response to any of our questions!

I can not say enough about the service that April provided. She came to my house and listened for a couple hours to what i wanted my bucket list birthday trip to contain and she nailed it! She set everything up in every town and country we visited and our rides and transfers and tours all went off without a hitch. It most definitely was the greatest trip of my life and much of the thanks goes to the amazing work behind the scenes that April provided. We actually have another trip planned that she put together for the holidays on the slopes!

We have used many agents in the past. This was our second trip to Chaa Creek and this was planned much more efficiently and the trip itinerary made more sense with how we moved around Belize. It was an amazing experience and since we have a toddler she was able to cater activities for us to do as a family that was just amazing! Thank you. 5/5 A +

April is a wonderful lady to work with. She keeps impeccabile records of your<br/>trip and when I can’t find a specific item she has it for you in matter of a few minutes. I’ve have worked with April for many of our trips and wouldn’t use any other agent.<br/>

As always, April was so easy to work with. We are pretty picky, and she consistently delivers exactly what we&#39;re looking for.<br/><br/>This time, that included special requests like having chocolates and champagne in our room upon arrival, which was such a great start to the week! The properties and excursions and arrival service were all perfect, and we had such a wonderful time.<br/><br/>She also made a great effort to locate a convertible for our rental car, and when the rental agencies didn&#39;t come through, she was very understanding of our decision to go local on our own for that part of the trip.<br/><br/>We&#39;ll be contacting her again for our next trip!

It was wonderful working with April to get our trip arranged. She was patient as we defined what our priorities were, and dealt with several travel agencies until we got one we liked working with for our itinerary. She kept track of all the things we needed to get in place, and on time. She followed up while we were on the trip, and when we got home she asked for feedback, not only for her, but about the travel agency and private driver used.

We worked with April on a once in a lifetime birthday trip to South Africa. She was wonderful - even when we threw last minute transportation changes - she made everything perfect

April planned our two week honeymoon to Africa. From our first interview with April where we had no idea the actual destinations we wanted to go, April&#39;s insight and expertise led us to the best trip of our lives. From trekking with gorillas in Uganda to a hot air balloon ride over the Maasai Mara, she had an itinerary outlined within days and was pivotal in our enjoyment and relaxation without having to lift a finger. April was incredibly responsive and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns, and sent us heaps of helpful information in the months and weeks leading up to the trip to help us prepare. We could not recommend April and her services enough to anyone looking for a trip of a lifetime!

April is a fantastic travel agent. She took the time to understand us and then craft a customized trip specifically to meet our needs and wants - some of which we didn&#39;t even realize we had. She is thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable, and over delivers on the experience.

Wonderful from start to finish

April was knowledgeable, proactive and helped us to organize our trip to Africa. All emails and suggestions were clear and concise. She&#39;s a great expert and April and her company give you wonderful documentation regarding Africa, temperatures, potential packing list, a tip list and then a nice small notebook that had all the details of the trip in it - that was super handy! She&#39;s professional and very nice.

April did a great job pulling things together for us, and was very patient and helpful, taking time to ensure that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction.

If we could give April 10 stars, we would! She was the absolute best to work with and made our honeymoon dreams a reality!! April listened to what we wanted and worked with us to set an itinerary that was perfect for our first Africa adventure. She made the planning process so easy - April is organized, always quick to respond, and SO kind and thoughtful!! Our trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe was even more incredible than we ever could have imagined - she hit the nail right on the head with her recommendations for accommodations! April also made sure that any hiccup that arose due to COVID travel restrictions was immediately addressed for us. We absolutely recommend April for your travel needs and truly cannot thank her enough for helping us plan the trip of a lifetime for our honeymoon!!
