April is very professional and timely for programming our vacation sites and adventures. She spent a lot of time to get to know what our desires and wishes for our vacation. As always, April was so easy to work with. We are pretty picky, and she consistently delivers exactly what we're looking for. This time, that included special requests like having chocolates and champagne in our room upon arrival, which was such a great start to the week! The properties and excursions and arrival service were all perfect, and we had such a wonderful time. She also made a great effort to locate a convertible for our rental car, and when the rental agencies didn't come through, she was very understanding of our decision to go local on our own for that part of the trip. We'll be contacting her again for our next trip!
