As weather but still had good time
We did a back to back cruise with Carnival Cruise line. Carnival is our choice because we have cruises often with them and are at the diamond level. Cynthia was excellent to work with and helping us to choose the best location and balcony for us. Booking a back to back is sometimes difficult to get same cabin for both legs but she was able to take care of that with a great location. Our experience with Passports to Memories was excellent! We had many cruises booked and canceled during COVID so it had been a nightmare trying to get things sorted out. Cynthia took care of a back to back last October for us which was insane requiring lots of hours of work. Even though she didn’t book some of the original bookings, she was dillegent in taking care of it. She definitely earned our business on the last back to back and for the future. We are confident now and looking forward to working with her for many years to come. Always nice to find someone interested in customer service.

Incrediable experience, exceeded my expectations!
Cynthia helped my family create one of the most memorable vacations of our lives. We knew we wanted to visit the Republic of Georgia, but little else other than a budget. Cynthia created an exclusive itinerary engaging the whole family, ranging from active hiking in the north Caucasus mountains, cultural tours of churches and iconography, and leisure at a wine-themed resort. She even arranged a private wine tasting at my wife's favorite vineyard. Cynthia exceeded my exceptions on this trip.

Great Sales Meeting in Cancun!
Cynthia was amazing to work with! She coordinated and booked a sales meeting for my company. We had 35 sales consultants travel from across the country to Cancun! Cynthia handled the bookings, transfers from the airport and coordinated with the resort for all aspects of our trip. This was no small task with the group our size! <br/><br/>I highly recommend working with Cynthia! She worked with my budget to give me several all inclusive resorts to choose from. She did a great job highlighting the pro's and cons of each venue. I couldn't be happier with the venue we chose. It was perfect for my team!

Great Trip and a Truly Magnificent Ship
We had a great experience working with Cynthia on this cruise. She recommended a spa balcony for us because we had never tried that and the price was almost identical with regards to other balconies. That turned out to be a great idea and added greater value to the cruise. We traveled with other couples as well and she linked our cruises together somehow so that when making reservations for restaurants etc it was easy to include whoever in our party wanted to go to that particular event. We were very happy with Cynthia and have already booked another. Our cruise was on the newest Carnival Ship the Jubilee. This was our 31st cruise with Carnival and that amount of experience with Carnival this was truly the most amazing ship we have ever been on. It was such a step above any of their other ships! It is a beautiful ship from front to back!

Edinburgh Royal Military Tattoo (and London)
Any time there were kinks in our travel plans, Cynthia was right on top of things and got everything ironed out. This was while planning/making her family's relocation from overseas, so we were doubly impressed by her attentiveness.

Outstanding trip planned by Cynthia
It was great working with Cynthia, she was knowledgeable and responsive and easy to work with. She helped us decide what cities to visit, how long we should stay there and recommended what we should see while we were there. She booked all our accommodations, transportation including flights and trains and booked our tours. Everything was great. We will reach out to Cynthia on our next trip.

We Couldn't of Asked for More...
Working with Cynthia was a blessing. She listened to all of our hopes, and made everyone of them happen. She was responsive and had wonderful ideas, many I would of never thought of. Our tours were the best we'd ever had, and enjoyed having one on one time with each of the guides. Traveling by train was a breeze thru Italy, Switzerland and France. I would do it all again. Adventure and Relaxation in a beautiful place!
Cynthia was very responsive and offered excellent recommendations. She researched tours for us and went the extra mile to see if the tour guides would accommodate our large family. Disney Christmas Vacation
Cynthia was a tremendous amount of help in planning our Disney Christmas Vacation. She was always quick to respond to any and all of my many questions, concerns and to ease my anxiety about our family vacation for 7. She continually communicated over the 6 months of planning and made sure all basis were covered as there is so much to think about when planning a trip with a family of this size. What an experience!
My husband has always wanted to see the northern lights (bucket list). We found just the trip. We worked with Cynthia Caudillo our travel agent. From the start the trip was first class. Every detail of our trip was planned and as result it went smoothly. Cynthia was incredibly helpful, respondent, and gave us exactly what we wanted. Each excursion was planned from slow and easy (reindeer sledding) to a day filled with fun filled activities (Night snowmobiling, ice fishing, 3 hr. Day snowmobiling, husky sledding, day spa, ice castle, Polarman visit, and Northern lights). We expressed to Cynthia that we didn’t want to be a number in a crowded group so she planned out detailed private activities and taxis for every excursion. Detailed to the last min., when we received a text letting us know our cab to the airport had arrived. Given Cynthias experience it allowed to enjoy our trip without added stress. <br/>Looking forward to working with Cynthia again!<br/>

Amazing trip to Dubai, Worth Every Penny!
What an experience! Cynthia delivered an elevated, luxury family vacation at the Atlantis resort in Dubai that was accessible yet didn't break the bank. I was a bit apprehensive about staying at the Atlantis resort instead of one of the hotels off-site, but Cynthia provided us with bundled food and hospitality packages with access to the waterpark at an equitable cost. I'm so glad we stayed on site. It was hassle free with dinners and plenty to do for the family. My kiddo loved the kid-friendly arcade. We were impressed with the restaurant options and happy hours. Cynthia, thanks for recommending such a cool place.

What an AMAzing experience! The best of the best!

Multi-Family Cruise
I have worked with Cynthia for several years. She always works tirelessly to secure the best rates, and she is quick to respond to questions and concerns. She booked suites for our multi family cruise and our airfares. She provided great information and details so we knew why to expect when we arrived in Europe. She was also willing to book excursions for us, but we were more about rest and relaxation this trip. Good time in the UK
Another successful trip (London; Bath, UK; Cardiff, Wales) facilitated by Cynthia! The hotels were quite nice and located close to the attractions we wanted to see. Train connections between cities kept travel time to a minimum and maximized our sightseeing time. Even had a special recognition during one walking tour for my husband's birthday. Can't wait to plan our next adventure!

British and Ireland Tour
Cynthia helped me plan out all details of my trip. She gave me 3 options and told me the pros and cons to help me make a decision. Once I decided she handled all the details from payments to flights as well as an extension to visit family. She prearranged travel for my extra time which made it very easy to get from one point to the next. Cynthia was always available to answer any questions during the booking process, wait time for tour to start as well as constant updates for airport changes. Would use her again to plan another trip.

Bruuuuce Springsteen in San Sebastian
Cynthia's follow thru was fantastic. She made sure I made all my deadlines. As i am constantly moving around and working its not always that easy but she was on top of it . The 1 on 1 excursions to the Louvre , wine tastings were perfect. Hotel reservations were in different catagories and very helpful I am a hotel snob and she was able to land all the places I wanted to book . She did a great job arranging our train tickets to Bordeaux and San Sebastian . Cynthia also recommended a wine festival in Bordeuax which was super fun. We would use Cynthis again for our next trip and would recommend her.

She is the best
Cynthia is an excellent travel agent for any level of traveler. She is knowledgeable and gives you peace of mind, helping to book transfers, tickets. Reminding when payments are due, if anything is missing, etc. She helps take your mind off the details so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Any issue she has resolved quickly. We have been cruising alot lately and she has helped us with our last 5 (East and west Caribbean, New England/Canada, and Alaska). Would recommend her help to anyone.

Bucket List Adventure!
Cynthia has helped us plan a few trips in the past and has done excellent jobs, so we knew with her experience traveling the globe she would be very helpful planning our bucket list trip, Antarctica! From choosing the perfect expedition company, to snagging an excellent price, making sure we got our military discounts as well, she just did so good! Whenever traveling far we prefer to get there early so we don't miss any connections so she helped us choose the perfect hotel in Buenos Aires, got that booked for us & even sent us an app to put our entire itinerary & all paperwork together on so we didn't have to worry about misplacing anything. She's amazing! Once we got to the boat we realized that we had the most amazing cabin. Cynthia really got us a spectacular cabin for the price we paid! I LOVED it! Also, when planning, she made sure we had enough layover time at each airport just in case something happened. Thank God she did because our charter flight from Ushuaia back to Buenos Ai

Berlin/Dresden Christmas Markets
Just returned from 10 days in East Germany, visiting the Christmas markets in Berlin and Dresden. Many thanks to Cynthia for getting our train tickets straightened out, after they completely changed from our initial booking. Our hotels were centrally located to the sights we wanted to visit. This is especially important since my husband and I walk or take U-Bahn or S-Bahn when in Germany.

Wonderful family Thanksgiving trip!

Sad to be back home
This was the easiest and best way to book a trip to an unknown destination. The recommendations were tailored to our preferences and budget. We did not feel like we had to leave things out in order to keep our budget, and also did not feel pressured to include things we wanted to leave out. Great communication and easy to get in contact with her!

What a Great Trip
Second trip booked with Cynthia at Passportstomemories. We have had no problems. Everything worked perfectly. This time we had some friends book a couple of months after our booking. She was able to get them the cabin next to ours. I don’t know how she did it but she was able somehow to tie the bookings together so that when we purchased chat on the ship all of our names were already joined together. When we booked dining and movie tickets the option was already there to select any or all in our group. We have always had trouble even connecting the 3 in our cabin. What a pleasant surprise and took away one little headache we usually have to deal with. She is our booking agent for the future for sure. We don’t like problems or surprises- hey we are on vacation- and everything worked well and smoothly.

Great trip and perfect timing running from winter
This was our second booking with Cynthia. We had a previous cruise last November that used FCC and all of the mess from cancellations during the pandemic. Her efforts in straightening out that was the reason we booked this back to back cruise on Carnival. Everything went perfectly in all facets of the booking. Absolutely no complaints except we had some lousy weather for part of it but we can’t blame Cynthia for that LOL. We will use her for our next cruise as well.
