We did a back to back cruise with Carnival Cruise line. Carnival is our choice because we have cruises often with them and are at the diamond level. Cynthia was excellent to work with and helping us to choose the best location and balcony for us. Booking a back to back is sometimes difficult to get same cabin for both legs but she was able to take care of that with a great location. Our experience with Passports to Memories was excellent! We had many cruises booked and canceled during COVID so it had been a nightmare trying to get things sorted out. Cynthia took care of a back to back last October for us which was insane requiring lots of hours of work. Even though she didn’t book some of the original bookings, she was dillegent in taking care of it. She definitely earned our business on the last back to back and for the future. We are confident now and looking forward to working with her for many years to come. Always nice to find someone interested in customer service.

Cynthia helped my family create one of the most memorable vacations of our lives. We knew we wanted to visit the Republic of Georgia, but little else other than a budget. What an experience! Cynthia delivered an elevated, luxury family vacation at the Atlantis resort in Dubai that was accessible yet didn't break the bank. I was a bit apprehensive about staying at the Atlantis resort instead of one of the hotels off-site, but Cynthia provided us with bundled food and hospitality packages with access to the waterpark at an equitable cost. Second trip booked with Cynthia at Passportstomemories. We have had no problems. Everything worked perfectly. This time we had some friends book a couple of months after our booking. She was able to get them the cabin next to ours. I don’t know how she did it but she was able somehow to tie the bookings together so that when we purchased chat on the ship all of our names were already joined together. When we booked dining and movie tickets the option was already there to select any or all in our group. We have always had trouble even connecting the 3 in our cabin. What a pleasant surprise and took away one little headache we usually have to deal with. She is our booking agent for the future for sure. We don’t like problems or surprises- hey we are on vacation- and everything worked well and smoothly.
