I took a group to Europe on Avalon Waterways and on AMA Waterways and handled all the details from travel insurance and flights as well as the cruise itself. Mary makes our lives easy! She's an accomplished professional through and through. She has an uncanny way of simplifying the details, only because she's absolutely sure she's kept track of them! Her ability to recall the twists and turns we spoke of in the planning stages is amazing. She's a good listener and shows genuine interest in learning what's important to us. We trust Mary because she'll level with us and can deliver a tough message when necessary. When she needs to redirect our program, it always makes good sense. Because of her travel savvy, her keen negotiating skills and her reliability to do what she says she's going to do, our travels have been not only luxurious but easy breezy! Mary is amazing!! I trust her expertise and knowledge about destinations, transportation and lodging. It takes so much guess work out of the travel experience. The cost savings by using Mary has also been a plus! Because she is knowledgeable, she can find the best deals, and give me many options to choose from. And I feel the best part of having Mary as my travel agent is knowing she will be there if there are any hiccups on the trip. She is one call away from fixing any travel situation , changing bookings or any questions at all!
