Michael Capps was so easy to work with and his knowledge of the parks made our visit magical! My husband and I were taking our daughter for her first trip to Disney and meeting up with friends from across the country to run the marathon weekend. Michael set up a virtual meeting to discuss our preferences and sent us an itinerary for dining during our stay, plus park tips such as which rides to preference earlier in the day. He immediately notified us if another reservation opened up, and that was how we were able to snag a table at the Be Our Guest and Tusker House character dining locations! His passion for sharing his favorite experiences of Disney led us to enjoying the fireworks dessert party, which gave us a reserved spot for the show on our last night in Orlando and was something I wouldn't even had known to research as an option! We would have missed out on so much without his help! Instead of fretting over reservations, we were able to enjoy the magic of the trip.

Michael was very friendly and professional during the planning of our trip. He prepared an itinerary and provided clear instructions for using the Disney App. We stayed at Fort Wilderness. Michael was able to secure an upgraded RV site for us. Additionally, he must have mentioned to the staff we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary because upon check-in, they handed us two "Happily Ever After" buttons to wear at the parks (which we found us got us many "congratulations" and perks from staff members!) Our days were made easy, and fun because of Michael's personalized planning help. Meal reservations were PERFECTLY timed. We had our "nice" dinner at the California Grill-Contemporary Resort and the reservation time aligned perfectly with the fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom which we viewed from our window.
