Abby was heaven-sent. My bride and I were pinching pennies, traveling for other weddings and holidays, stressed out of our mind planning our own wedding and the last thing either of us could think of was a honeymoon. It was already decided to push the honeymoon another year or 2 UNTIL I met Abby. I did not give Abby much to work with besides "somewhere quiet, beautiful, on a beach with drinks and good service...under this small budget." Abby took the reins from there making it possible for us to take a honeymoon right after our wedding. A main topic of conversation on the honeymoon was "this was just too easy, where are we going next and when?" Abby made the process so simple, fun, and stress-free allowing my wife and I to tackle other stresses right up until our flight...then poof, we were living a dream a few hours later. Honeymoon
My husband and I got married in October and planned to honeymoon in Europe over Christmas. Life happens and things got insanely busy for us, but Abby and the Savvy Travel team took care of every single detail and went above and beyond. I’d never worked with a travel agent before, mostly because I’m a control freak when it comes to planning our travel. Every detail was taken care of and laid out clearly so all we had to do was show up and enjoy. Literally, every detail - travel to and from with specific departure times, directions on apps to download, rail passes, dinner reservations, recommendations, etc. I hope to have another trip in the near future where we can work with her again.

Last minute getaway

Couple things first: We have traveled for many years to far away places. Mostly, we planned these trips ourselves, but with Covid, the air traffic congestion and complexity of international rules, we've found working with Abby Patterson to be the absolute best addition to our planning.
Abby knows the industry, pays attention to the details, and helps us make decisions to avoid "unintended consequences". What she really is, is a personal concierge for our travel. That's really hard to find and she's a gem!
What I really like about Abby is her attitude. She's always available answering our calls immediately, or returns our calls promptly, and answers texts within minutes. She's even gone so far as to making personalized reservations 6 time zones ahead, requiring a 2 am call to the vendor!!
We've suggested her concierge services to many friends who travel both domestically and internationally and are so gratified when they tell us how truly happy they've finally found somene who genuinely cares about their individual needs with grace, humor and an eagerness to succeed. That's the best anyone can say - she enhances our friends trips and we know they'll be completely satisfied.
Lastly, Abby sets goals for our experiences and then exceeds them! We simply could not ask for a better "partner" who treats her clients as well or better than she would her own family.

A trip to remember for the parents and teens!
This was our first time to visit Puerto Rico, but not our last. Abby was amazing from start to finish. Abby priced so many different locations and options and was beyond patient and encouraging during the entire process. Abby stayed engaged and checked on us during the trip. Great all-inclusive in Mexico!
Abby did a great job! She arranged the private transport to the airport that saved us the hassle of parking or using a uber. I appreciated her expertise on booking flights, getting safe and reliable transportation again in Mexico, and in picking a wonderful all -inclusive hotel (UNICO.) I was lucky to have her assistance when American Airlines was having a glitch in their system worldwide and again when the hotel had made a clerical booking error- Abby was able to get every sorted out in lightening speed. I'm SO thankful I wasn't on my own to try and resolve those issues. I would highly recommend using her!

A Fantastic Girl's Trip
I've never used a Travel Advisor before, and Abby set the bar very high.
She is detail-oriented and communicative, and organized an affordable, memorable, care-free vacation for us! She handled everything, and for someone like me who usually does it all myself, it was a wonderful experience.
Everything from transportation to reservations, even pre-trip tips and suggestions (which were spot on!) were provided with expertise and care. The only thing I had to worry about was hanging with the girls and tan lines!

The Honeymoon of our dreams!

The best vacay!
I wish there were more than just 5 stars because we love working with Abby!! She handled all the details of our trip, and made it all go perfectly. Abby is just the BEST! She is super organized and handles every single detail. She put us in the best hotels to make our airline transfers easy. Every person who was supposed to pick us up was there on time with great vehicles and drivers. We did not have a single issue on a 16-day trip with lodging in FIVE different places, eight different flights, five ferries, multiple tours. Abby went above and beyond to make our trip AMAZING! She was always checking for better deals, it ended up saving us not just hundreds but over $2,000. <br/>Before our trip she was always available to answer any questions, and if she didn’t know she found out for us.<br/>When we came across some issues with some reservations she was able to contact the manager at Sandals to get it resolved quickly. We also came up with some bumps with customs and catching the next flight, even though Abby was traveling with her family at the same time she was still working on helping us navigate and also gave us one of her colleagues numbers to help if she was unavailable. Everything was perfectly amazing!
