Our group had a wonderful trip to the Charleston Place. We were thrilled with the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel and the welcoming, friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to Club level and spent many hours catching up over delicious breakfasts, snacks and desserts. We were also provided hotel credita which we used for a scrumptious lunch and luxury products at the spa. The location of the hotel was perfect for our group. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and made great use of the proximity to amazing shopping. Maureen was a pleasure to work with!

“Up High & Down Under”—An Amazing Experience!

When our college daughter took a semester to study abroad in Sydney Australia, we were hopeful we would be able to visit her on the other side of the world. Maureen Denja at The Royal Journey helped make that dream happen! From the beginning, Maureen listened to our interests and requests and put together several itinerary options, recommending popular “must sees” as well as the hidden gems. Her diligence, energy and organization were greatly appreciated! Every tour company representative and car service she secured were exceptional—on time, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional! Maureen recommended the app “Trip Plans” & uploaded our travel information and schedules which made finding all details so easy! We had wonderful tours and hotels and are so grateful she helped us experience the beautiful countries of NZ & AUS with our daughter. Our only complaint was there wasn’t enough time to see and do more! (But that was not Maureen’s fault—haha??) We would highly recommend c

Mauren Denja at Royal Journey Travel was amazing to work with. Prior to using Maureen, I was doing my own search for places to stay, and the amazing hotel she found for me what not on my radar. I would have never found it and it was perfect! She made the trip so seamless starting with the pick up from the airport. My daughter and I followed her itinerary provided to us on the "Trip Plans" app and again, it was just perfect and so easy. This was my first experience ever using a travel agent and I will use Maureen again and again. She helped plan the most memorable trip.,

An unforgetable family dream trip!

For the 10 of us it was a daily delight given the superbly organized agenda whereby no one wanted the day to end. Tour guides were so knowledgeable, My grandchildren insist that all future trips must lead back to Italy. The ease with which we saw the 'must see sites' was remarkable at height of tourist season.
