A veteran of the travel industry, I have been helping vacationers in a variety of capacities for over three decades. In fact over the years I've learned many lessons in my time working as:

a travel consultant
a group travel manager
an event planner
an airline manager
an instructor and director at the esteemed Illinois Travel Training Academy

I believe that my well rounded background in the travel industry make me an excellent resource for aspiring travelers with specific visions for their dream vacations.

I also am eager to provide guidance for those less certain about where they want to go and what they want to do when they get there. This flexibility has resulted in the return of several loyal clients. In fact, I am now planning honeymoons for the children of clients for whom I booked honeymoons over 3 decades ago!

Often clients use stories of my past experiences as inspiration for their own trips. I have traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Caribbean and have always enjoyed seeing history come to life while visiting a variety of landmarks. I enjoy reliving these experiences and take even greater satisfaction in hearing about my client's travel adventures when they return home.

In addition to traveling the world, I make it a point of pursuing a variety of educational
opportunities. The travel industry is always changing and I certainly do not want to be left behind. Thus, I am constantly working to gain certification in a variety of in-demand areas.

Currently, I am a CTA; Certified Travel Advisor, Certified Master Cruise Counselor with the Cruise Line International Association, A Royal Caribbean Expert Plus for the University of WOW, a Princess Academy Commodore, an Ocean Cruise and River Cruise Expert, A Sandals Certified Specialist and Master Agent for AMR Resorts are some of my certifications.

The knowledge gained from the pursuit of these and other certifications has allowed me to better serve my beloved clients.

From studying for new certifications, to crafting travel manuals to exploring the world, I am constantly engaged in one travel-oriented endeavor or another. Not only do I feel that these experiences make me a better source of knowledge for my clients, I am truly passionate about anything and everything to do with vacation planning.

Debbie was very helpful for 1st time cruising. Had lots of questions and she was very happy to answer all. Loved the trip, As always good and bad. Our cruise included a land tour by scenic train and bus with extra stops. Best part was a stop at an Iditarod kennel. Views were unbelievable at all places. For 1st time cruiser the NCL Jade was a great choice. It's a slightly smaller ship but had a lot of options. I do wish there were additional options during day on at sea days that did not require an extra fee. Make sure you read all excursions for best choice and times. It's best to book pre cruise for best choices. Plan your trip with what you want to see. Because of our dating, we missed a lot of wild life on cruise. We did see more on the land tour. For land tour, the hotel choices weren't the best. They were located away for the downtown areas and you were responsible to meals, either at hotel which were very expensive or taking taxi or uber to town for other choices. Two of the mea

Aruba is an amazing destination if you enjoy sitting by the beach and pool. Every day is sunny and hot! The Holiday Inn is located in a central location on Palm Beach, allowing you to walk to most restaurants with in about 10 minutes. She provided us with information about activities to do and a map of the area. She even provided important details about date of expiration for our passports and a form that we needed to fill out for Aruba prior to departure. She thought of every detail!
