Very Accommodating and Adaptive to the Situation
Planning a trip during the COVID-19 Pandemic was a challenge, given that a country like Vietnam had its borders closed for a long time. Once Vietnam re-opened, Karrah made this process very easy for me with little to worry about. She even fought for me after finding out that I couldn't transfer between airports in the transiting country in between. With what she was able to do, she ensured that I stayed in the same airport in between my layover flights both on the way to Vietnam and the way back, without needing to pay extra re-booking fees. This is one thing I greatly appreciated about her! Karrah listened carefully to my wants and needs, asked the right questions, and built out a transit and hotel schedule, allowing me to freely create my own agenda in between. If something were to go wrong, despite the large time zone difference, Karrah was available to take my call and texts. I very much appreciated her responsiveness throughout the entire trip, before & during.

I have been trying to get into Thailand for the last 14 months since covid hit. Getting into Thailand now is like getting into North Korea before, and so many documents are needed it's so stressful. I tried to find a local agent to help and none could. I did a more specific search on Google and I found Explore Effortlessly, and not only was all my documents sorted right away but they got me my embassy permissions within days. And for next to nothing. I was so desperate I was willing to pay several hundreds. The cost of this service is so so worth it I will always recommend them. Already have a few friends sorting things out and they are also very comforted. I booked most of my things required, but dealing with the embassy and getting paperwork was a nightmare. Of course they can do that for you to, but I just needed my documents submitted proper and expedited and I can't be happier. A+++. Life long repeat customer they've made me.

I had no worry in any aspect of my trip. All public transportation and lodging options were taken care of, and anything in between (walking, personal transportation, dining, sight-seeing) I had the freedom to explore on my own and find options that I would fit within the set itinerary. With the Coronavirus pandemic, it did provide a slight roadblock, but both myself and Karrah were prepared when the situation developed, which made rescheduling very easy as all it took was for me to email indicating the change in the pandemic situation in the destination I wanted to go. At the time of writing this review I have yet to go on the planned trip, but it has made me very excited and I really cannot wait to be able to have this experience!

Planning to travel to Vietnam this Summer. This will be my trip of a lifetime. I wanted an agent that was knowledgeable and would understand what I wanted. This trip is for my mother, sister and myself.<br/>I contacted Karrah the end of 2021. I told her the places I wanted to visit and she informed me that Vietnam was not allowing traveling due to covid. She informed me when traveling resumed she would contact me. <br/>In March 2022 she let me know Vietnam was now open for traveling. After getting the itinerary from Karrah and going through it with my mother and sister we were set to book. We recently had Karrah plan a trip to Italy and it was amazing. Karrah provided us with different options as to where we would like to go and what we would like to do, all within the budget we provided. Once we decided, she provided a detailed itinerary/flight schedule and kept us updated on any changes. The trip was a dream come true and Karrah made it effortless.
We also just returned from Antigua which Karrah also planned for us. Again, nothing short of amazing. Every detail was taken care of, all we had to do was pack and fly.

I have used Karrah in the past, but this trip was special and I knew she was the one I was going to trust.
My husband and I were not dissapointed. In fact, this was a trip we will never forget.
I told Karrah we wanted to go to Italy but only for 8 days.
Karrah put together the itinerary which spelled out everything. Even though we were only going to be there a short time, she managed to make the most of our time there.
The hotels were beautiful, the tour guides were proficient, personable and informative and the cities were stunning. We travelled to Florence, Rome and The Amalfi Coast.

So far I really like Karrah! She has taken a lot of stress off me! I haven't gone on the trip yet but I wanted to express how much she has helped me! I first reached out to Explore Effortlessly Jan 8 and she called me for details the next day and had the itinerary sent to my email on Jan 11. It went to a website & an app I can download with all my info. It had my flight, hotel, transfer options , activities, restaurant recs. It is very thorough! When I told her my choices and we already booked everything. She even on the app gave me tips and lists of stuff I could or need to bring that I honestly wouldn't have even thought about! And if there were any changes in prices since she first sent the itinerary, she let me know, such as the flight price which did change and asked me if I want to still use it or another one and showed me those choices too. She has been so helpful and I have most of the trip BOOKED in less than a week. Can't wait for my trip in April

Planning an International Trip During a Pandemic
Not at the fault of Karrah, but Karrah and I did have a tough time finalizing the final dates for my trip to Vietnam due to COVID-19 and the country's restrictions in place that prevented travel to Vietnam. We were able to work out a schedule that was workable for me, while leaving me to plan out an itinerary on my own that was workable between the dates set for in-country flights, and lodging dates. Although the pandemic and country restrictions resulted in two cancellations/changes, I was able to be refunded both times while still incurring fees which I accepted with no trouble. I thought Karrah and I could still plan a trip with COVID restrictions, but the Embassy in Vietnam would not allow me to apply for a Visa, so it was out of both of our control. Once I informed Karrah that travel was allowed, Karrah was able to recall my preferred dates, locations, and hotels and was able to reserve dates once I confirmed I had my e-Visa on-hand. Karrah did an excellent job overall.
