Wonderful Honeymoon!
We had an excellent experience working with Maureen planning our honeymoon trip. We had to make a few changes along the way due to the pandemic and she was so patient and accommodating to our needs and requests. She was readily available to answer any of our questions and provided us with updates and a checklist of things to do for our international trip. Her travel suggestions made our trip effortless. Unforgettable Experience
Maureen is amazing with exemplary skills! The quality of service provided by Maureen Johnson was exceptional. There were so many details to address and Maureen choose the best options for the flights, hotels, and all the tours. The transportation, food, and warm welcome from all the chosen guides was outstanding. I truly appreciate the communication throughout the process, the organization, and wonderful contacts abroad. Maureen is friendly, efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge and passion was poured into the Zimbabwe journey making it an unforgettable experience!

Why did we wait so long?
I am not a person that answer her phone or even checks emails but if Maureen needs the information she will track you down to get it,not yo annoy you but to ensure that your experience is exceeds your expectations. I had to take a minute to write an email on the fourth of July( forgot about it) just to tell her All her customers should expect certain things on this tour, and she answered me. How cool is that? Thanks Maureen 😊 When I get a couple of $$ again, you'll be hearing from me.

Trip of a Lifetime
Maureen did an amazing job making our trip to Kenya memorable. She listened to our wants and needs and made it happen. She was always available before we left to answer any questions or make changes as necessary. When we arrived at our destination, everything was taken care of. She planned it perfectly. We couldn't have been happier.

Great Vacation
I went on a cruise on the Norwegian Jade with my friend in April to the Greek Islands and Turkey. I am very happy with Maureen as a travel agent. I liked that everything was pre planned and pre-paid so that I had no worries about our cruise. I felt that she took good care of us and made sure that we met deadlines. For example, she gave us notification as to when to check in. <br/>I will definitely call Maureen when booking my next cruise.

Excellence
Ms Johnson was great from the first contact to now, weeks after trip. She wasn't pushy she let us take our time with deciding details of the trip. When we made changes she accepted them and worked things out without delay. Ms Johnson made sure we were informed of all requirements of the law for both countries. She checked on us before during and after our trip to make sure our experience was a memorable one. I was so satisfied that we are planning another trip with her.
