WestJet lost my luggage Debra texted everyday to see if I had got my stuff while she was on vacation her self we ended up getting my luggage 3 days in to on vacation I was very happy to get it all back I went and bought some things to get me through. Debra booked my boyfriend and me to go to Mexico we went to the Grand Oasis Palms Resort The resort was beautiful the water at our resort was very clear and calm you could see some rally beautiful fish The resort was so nice the rooms were very clean all the restaurants were very good and lots of diffrent chooses to pick from . I loved the Oasis Palms resort I will be back in the near future for sure and book with Debra

Three of us girls wanted to go on vacation Debra helped us get all booked we were not really happy with resort it was not Debra Fault at all the resort was kind of out of date the rooms did have mold in bathroom, the food was very good and lots of Varity and the bars were open up 24 hours the pools were very nice and clean. Best Vacation of our lives
Feb 2020 Debra was really good she did everything to make sure we were taking care of from airport pick up to making sure our room was the one we wanted and on the right floor. The food at resort was so good the resort was very clean and staff was so nice and helpful,the pool was so nice and clean very big lots of chairs.The ocean was beautiful . We had an great time at the Melia Puerto Vallarta. We will be booking with Debra again in the near future.

2020 Emergency Operation
Debra was heaven sent to us I had to go away for surgery life saving. Los Cabos friends get away Vacation 2022
Deb looked after 10 of us on a trip to Cabo in April of this year, from finding us the best deals, making sure all travel documentation was taken care of- having Deb as our agent took a ton of stress off of the logistics of getting a group together for a trip like ours. She made sure to keep us all up to date with information about our trip, the country, Covid updates and any corresponding documentation. Additionally she was kind enough to drop off goodie bags for myself and all my friends before hand with things like Aloe (this came in handy for sure! haha) and gum and other things you wouldn't think of packing yourself. Deb made sure to check in with us from arrival all the way to getting home. Definitely felt cared for an appreciate her patience with us - thank you so much Deb! would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to make a group booking! ??<br/>

The 24 water park slides were the best
Debra helped us decide what resort to stay at in the Bahamas we picked the SLS Baha Mar.<br/> Our room was beautiful, and the view was really nice. Deb sent us every menu for over 20 restaurants to choose from, we did not want all-inclusive all the restaurants were very good, we wanted stay there because of the 24 water slides and pools I loved the Lazy River, we definitely want to go back. This is our second vacation we had Debra help us.<br/>She did a great job with looking and sending us all the resorts we wanted to see and all the information on resorts including pictures. <br/>We picked the Barcelo Maya Caribe for 12 days. <br/>Debra was there for us if we can any complaints, We did it was not Debra's fault and she was there for us to get everything worked out. <br/>The room keys would not work. <br/>There was a leak in our bathtub we moved rooms but key would still not work. <br/>We loved the pools and beautiful beach we got gift bag from Debra with floaties for the pool<br/> We met friends for life while we were there and were sad to leave <br/>

Very nice 25th Anniversary 2023
Debra helped us pick the El Dorado Seaside Palms with swim out pool with bar to wake up and have cold drink to the right of our room. The food at resort was very good we loved the swings at the resort and all the pools the grounds were very nice and clean staff were really accommodating. Debra was great she booked us and made arrangements for my cousins 65 birthday, She made sure we got what we wanted for the birthday party it was FANTASTIC .<br/>Debra booked us private transfers to and from and we were so pleased with the service they provided . The Staff at the Royal Decameron was very friendly the food was very good the rooms were very clean . Staff was amazing at the Royal Decameron in Montego Bay May 2023 the bars and the buffet the front desk wasn't bad at all. I would give them about a 8 out of 10 at the bar, The front desk about a 4ish oh and the security was very good and <br/> very helpful they would get about a 8-10 The Pool 7 out of 10 <br/><br/>Debra's services where amazing you helped us get a great deal gave us all are information that was needed was available anytime we had questions and got back to us very fast and also checked in with us to make sure it was all going great your the best and will be doing services with you again<br/><br/>I would book at that resort again but hopefully in the future they get there restaurants going proper and there services a little better <br/><br/>Thank you so much once again, Brittany

To our surprise our carrier notified us the resort was closed due to renovations, days before our arrival!! We were in a panic as this was our honeymoon after 7 years of marriage, and we are very picky when it came to Cuban resorts. She suggested the Grand Aston chain so I picked Grand Aston Paredon, Cuba which was absolutely beautiful. I’ve NEVER seen such a beautiful beach before with at least a kilometer of clear water. The water was shallow, which was great for people with young children. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Comfortable beds, fresh towels and drinks everyday. No shortages of anything. The food wasn’t fantastic but, there was something to eat for everyone. The drinks were very good, 2 beach bars and 2 bars in pool area. Small resort I give it 4 stars. The staff were always super friendly.<br/>Thank you so much Debra. <br/>

Almost 80 years old had to go
Deb did a great job helping us book our vacation to Cuba for two weeks she came over to our house and booked us then came back and brought all of our documents to take with us. We stayed at the Iberostar Bella Vista the rooms were nice resort is a little out dated but the pools and food were really good and the beach was very nice. We met people from all over the world. I lost my voice talking so much, We want to go some were in Nov and Deb is going to help us book again.

Happy Anniversary to us
We had a blast for our 30 year anniversary . Debra found us a beautiful resort in two days in Cuba we loved it the beach was beautiful the room was very nice we napped lots and very clean and the view of the ocean was so beautiful. The people are so nice and we meet lots of people from all over the world.<br/>Debra made sure we were taken care of the while time she reached out to make sure everything was okay with us kids

Deb made of vacation go very smooth she is always really good to work with and makes sure everything we ask for in a vacation we get. We walked a lot swam with the turtles it almost killed me lol no one told me I would have to swim 100 feet to get to them. The kids really enjoyed them self's at the resort and teen club was okay, Room was a little small but they brought us a single bed . We will be booking in Dec again off and running .

Athens off my bucket list
My boyfriend and I got to go to Athens for one week next time we need to do two weeks there is so much to see and do. Debra sent us lots of places to go see near our hotel we stayed at the Diviani the rooms were so nice the view was beautiful. We ate like a king and queen so many restaurants to go and sit outside and take in the view of Athens

Tulum girls birthday bash
My daughter and I went to the Hilton Tulum very relaxing the food was very good the pools were nice and big. We will be back
We danced all night and walked the resort we felt very safe. The staff was very nice our room was very clean and the view was amazing

Planet Hollywood Cancun
Our first vacation with two children 6 months and 3 years old everything went perfect. The room was very nice and we had lots of room service after a long day by the pool and the ocean the children were so tired. I look forward to going back once they are a little older to enjoy it even more. Deb made sure we were taking care of and brought us gift bags and Edocs right to our house.

The vacation was really good!
The resort was nice and secluded, had everything we wanted. The food was excellent and we loved our swim out room, it got a lot of use. The beach was actually nice and sandy but the seaweed infestation going on in Cancun kind of ruined it but we didn’t mind since we had our swim out and the pool to relax by. Probably the nicest resort the wife and I have been to so far! We might be in touch in the next few months to book something for the Fall! Just not sure if we’re gonna bring the kids along this time, if we do we’d probably do somewhere close like PV or Mazatlán. Overall great trip though. Thanks for helping us with everything, you were great.

The resort was a lot of fun for the children three family's all different ages and they all had fun they really liked the water slides and Playing video games before and after dinner, We had very good time the drinks were very good and pools was very nice and we swam in the ocean lots with the children and hung out on the beach. The children loved the water parks and games room
The kids had a ton of fun and liked the water slides, ocean was nice and my family room was nice to have the extra space with all my boys. BAR Service was amazing and the bartenders were very good to us, they had a game room with pool table and ping pong, my boys loved it. Deb did a great job on all three family's. We went with friends for two weeks the resort gave us an upgrade for free our room faced the ocean, We were only in our room to sleep the room was very nice and big. We ate and drank all day at the beach and the pool.

Mazatlán 7 days was not long enough
We took the kids to the Rui in Mazatlán we had a wonderful time the kids loved the pools and the ocean was a little cold but the kids did not mind we went out and ate dinner at lots and got to see the old Mazatlán and everything it has to offer. 7 days was not long enough. New years in Jamaica 2025
We had a wonder time at the Decameron the little huts were very cute we were in the Habitues suites.
Beach is very nice and the staff were very nice the resort is very nicely land scaped. We were there for two weeks got to go horse back riding went to Bob Marley's house resort is 20 min from Dunns River Falls we went to Montego bay for the Day and Ricky's Cafe so much to see and do.
Debra got us a very good deal we will be booking again soon

We will only go for 14 days 7 is never enough
The wife and I are an older couple. When we go away we go for 14 days. Debra helps us all the time she comes to our house and brings us all of our E docs and checks us in. We just got back. The Riu was very nice to us they gave a free upgrade at our resort. We are going back in two months same resort.
