Kimberly made it happen!
Our SilverSea voyage to the Baltic region was a success. We were a little worried due to the war in the Ukraine but when the itinerary was modified we decided to go. An Amazing Wedding/Vacation Trip!!!
I found out about Kim from a friend of mine. As soon as I messaged Kim within 5 minutes she asked if she could call me. Wow! She listened to what my fiance and I were looking for and had an immediate suggestion. She suggested a El Dorado Seaside Palms because she had been there before and knew we would love it. She even sent me a personal video of her describing the resort. I could not have dreamed of a better location. She did the whole package and when our air reservation changed she was on top of it. She called me several days before the trip to give us detailed instructions and kept in touch with us during the trip. Kim knows her stuff! I have already told her we want to come back next year and to be working on our trip in the spring. It takes such a load off knowing that air, transportation from the airport to resort, insurance, etc... is all taken care of and we are worry free. We loved every minute of our trip!

A dream come true!
I do not even know where to begin. Our dream to visit Tahiti and the Cook Islands was delayed due to Covid. But Kim was going to make sure we fulfilled that dream and we did. Kimberly saved our golf trip
Covid cancelled our original "guys" golf trip at the last minute. No one wanted to fly out of the country. Kim jumped in and changed everyone to location in the US so that we could all be together. It turned out to be a fabulous week and our vacation was saved. Plus we were able to golf on some championship courses!

Last minute Anniversary Trip
It's always a delightful experience when working with Kimberly. She always so friendly and helpful. We decided to travel again after being delayed by covid so I dropped a short message to Kimberly. Kimberly answered my promptly. Kimberly informed us that we're late in the season to plan a trip to Alaska but said she would do what she could. After working previously with Kimberly, I knew she would come through for us and she certainly did. Kimberly made suggestions but found the actual cruise we were looking for. Kimberly scheduled our trip immediately and explained in detail what we needed to do to secure our trip. Kimberly contacted us mornings and evenings until our trip was secured. Kimberly constantly followed up with us to make sure our flight arrangements, transportation and hotels were booked. She even booked critical transportation for us. Kimberly followed up with things to do almost until we were out the door to the airport. In our opinion, Kimberly is the best.

Epic Bucket List trip
I had an epic, bucket list worthy on multiple counts, no issues amazing trip. Kim went above and beyond from the moment I contacted her - creating opportunities, finding discounts and sharing thoughtful informed personalized suggestions. She then documented in glorious detail all of the species for all 15 nights and 16 days of our epic adventure so we didn’t have to and had the most critical travel and information/tickets/contacts/timing/location at our fingertips. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough and will certainly travel with her guidance again!

A Dream Come True
We had a wonderful experience working with Kimberly in finding a dream cruise From Greece to Spain. She was able to get us a fantastic rate on suites for ourselves as well as our son. We experienced the Celebrity ship - Ascent and enjoyed the food, entertainment and ambience of the ship. Kimberly was most helpful in recommending shore excursions offered both by the Cruise line as well as private shore excursions. It made a big difference in seeing sites we only dream of. She also helped us book our flights so we could arrive one day early in Athens to see the sights. What a treat that turned out to be. I'm retired now but I've been able to cruise on eight previous cruises. This was by far the best experienced we've had. I receive emails from many cruise lines telling me that I need to book directly with them and get the best deal for the next cruise. I will always work through Kimberly to find my next destination whether on land or sea. She is simply the best.

Kim takes care of everything!
I wish to express the benefits of a good travel agent. We rely on Kim Mossner to get us there and back safely. Once I call with a travel idea, she checks it out for value and room location. Both of these things will improve your vacation. We do not always book our first idea, but she has shown that doesn’t matter. Our travel agent will for example, order a wheel chair for embarkation on a cruise ship and exiting. She might recommend special programs, such as traveling as an orange level passenger with special benefits. This is the experienced person needed to make travel better. We have booked our whole family, 16 people on a family cruise and on other occasions just the two of us. Kim is the person you can rely on!.

Small Ship Cruising in the Caribbean
Kim was extremely helpful when planning our cruise. She is very personable and responds very quickly to your questions by providing detailed information and helpful tips . From the moment I inquired about booking our cruise to following up after we returned home, Kim was there every step of the way.

Amazing -loved being with family
Kimberly is amazing! Goes above and beyond-went on an Alaska cruise with two sisters and their husbands -all coming from different parts of the country and she managed our flights within an hour and a half of each other!!! We were able to get same driver and she got us all in same hotel-on the cruise we even had adjoining rooms with one of my sisters!!!

Fabulous Trip on Alaska Princess
Our experience working with Kim was wonderful. We had questions along the way and she answered very promptly each time. She provided suggestions on things we hadn't thought about and that made a big difference in our trip. Dealing with the cruise lines and their computers is beyond frustrating and difficult. Working with Kimberly was a joy from the very first call. Thank you for making our Alaska Cruise so memorable!

The best vacation ever!
My husband, daughter and I have just returned from a six-day cruise to the Bahamas, Mexico & Gand Cayman It was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We sailed on the Celebrity Reflection. This is the second cruise that we have taken this year. Our first trip was so much fun that we decided to take another. It was an easy decision for us because of the five-star service that we received from Kimberly Mossner at Castaway Cruises and Travel. She knew the best deals that were available. She was always obtainable to answer questions and give tips for making our trip a success. Kim is prompt to reply to my emails even on the weekends. We had an amazing experience on our cruises. Kim is a first-rate travel consultant, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great vacation and excellent service

An iconic trip on Icon of the seas!
Kim is such a pleasure to work with and we’ve used her several times now. She knows every detail of anything you may need to plan for and is always available and quick to assist and reply. She has so much experience and knowledge about so many places around the Caribbean and cruises as well (which are my 2 fav trip types!)

Hassle Free Cruise!
My husband and I had an amazing cruise with some friends through the Panama Canal. We are very busy executives that don't have much time to research and find deals for travel. Kimberly was amazing to book our cruise, find the best "extra benefits" and work with several couples to book to their needs. She kept us posted throughout the process and helped us with anything we needed. I will definitely use Kimberly again!

One of our best vacations ever!
We recently returned home from a cruise around Hawaii. Kim was so helpful setting this cruise up for us and it was an amazing vacation! She is very easy to work with and is responsive to all my questions. Can’t wait to set up my next cruise with Kim!

The best vacation I have been on
Our trip was a group of six friends and we all had a wonderful trip. Kim was very knowledgeable about the cruise ships and the locations. She provided tip and advice to make our planning easier. Kim went above and beyond to ensure we had a good trip. My husband and I are planning another trip in a few months and we are definitely going to have Kim help us plan it.

The Perfect Alaska Anniversary Adventure

Once in a lifetime trip
With the help of Kimberly we were able to book a Rhine river cruise from Amsterdam to Basel. Kim was most helpful in getting a hotel for us in Amsterdam 2 days earlier which allowed us to see the sites in Amsterdam, especially the Anne Franks home. She also helped us book special excursions in Kinderdijk, Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, and Strasbourg. Kim checked up on us when we arrived and also when we left from Milan Italy. She also help us book a hotel in Baveno Italy while we enjoyed the Italian lakes. The best highlight for me was the additional time spent viewing the Swiss Alps and the Italian lakes. Because of Kim's expertise, we visited sites that left a lasting impression on us. We have used Kim on a number of ocean cruises and her expertise has turn each of our excursions into a delightful vacation. Thank you thank you Kim.

Star of the Seas was a shining STAR
We are not great at planning vacations ahead, so working with Kimberly was an absolute lifesaver. With only a couple of months before our trip, she found us a fantastic deal on a balcony stateroom aboard the Star of the Seas and handled every detail from start to finish. She not only secured us the best rate but also surprised us with a complimentary premium dining experience for two, which made the trip extra special.
What we appreciated most was how stress-free the entire process was. Kimberly took care of all the arrangements including booking, check-in details, and helpful travel reminders. All we had to do was show up and enjoy. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout.
Our cruise itself was incredible, and it was even better knowing that everything had been thoughtfully arranged. Thanks to Kimberly’s attention to detail, we were able to just relax and enjoy a nearly perfect vacation. We will definitely be booking with her again for our next trip!

Amazing Mediterranean Cruise
We had an incredible cruise on SilverSea's Silver Ray cruise ship. It was all set up for us by Kim Mossner of Castaway Cruises and Travel. This was the second cruise Kim booked for us, and she did a great job both times. Kim is always available to answer questions, give honest advice, and take care of the details so that we can take our vacations without worry. She was on top of getting the best discounts for us, finding the perfect stateroom on the ship to match our price point, and taking care of the ground transportation at each port. We have been so impressed with her work that I have recommended her to friends and family who have also booked cruises through Kim. She is fabulous to work with, and she was a big reason why we had such a great vacation.

Canadian Rocky train trip
Kim provides exceptional service even when she's on her own vacation. We experienced a glitch in our itineraries and she was able to work through it and helped to get it corrected! She also helped plan a Batic Sea cruise for us, 2 years ago, that was fabulous! We would highly recommend her for all your travels.

Tulips/River Cruise/Paris
Kim did a great job getting the reservations we asked for and picking out excellent hotels in Amsterdam and Paris. The Avalon river cruise and seeing the tulips were the best parts of an overall great trip. Even after we had to postpone the original trip for over a year, she was able to make all the changes to fit our new schedule. There were a few hiccups, but Kim was able to resolve them and get us a refund when necessary. We would recommend her to others and use her again.

A perfect trip
This vacation was exactly what we needed!
Weather was perfect, room was absolutely amazing!
Food was delicious.
People who worked there were so friendly and accommodating-anything we needed help with was always done.
Kim thought of everything we enjoyed and needed to ensure we had the perfect time away from reality

Amazing Ama Waterways River Cruise on the Rhine
Our trip went so smoothly with the knowledge provided by Kimberly Mossner. We had never River Cruised before and had no idea what to expect. With all the River Cruise Companies out there, it was a bit overwhelming. Kim pointed us in the direction of Ama Waterways and made all of the arrangements. Our trip was amazing and I give Kim all of the credit.
