I am a Certified Destination Wedding and Group Travel Expert who has specialized in MICE, Romance Travel, Destination Weddings and Caribbean and European FIT Travel since 2002.  As the Agency Owner of LUXE Worldwide Travel, Meetings, Groups and Incentives, I have visited over 28 countries in 5 continents and have a passion for planning amazing travel experiences for my international clients, friends and family.  

Since the commencement of my hospitality, travel and tourism career with Atlantis Paradise Island Resort and Four Seasons Ocean Club in The Bahamas in 1998, I have planned weddings, parties, concerts, conferences, VIP travel and festivals for celebrities like Lenny Kravitz, Jimmy Buffet, U2, Ray Charles and Tim McGraw just to name a few. Currently, I am the Official Meeting Planner for the Multicultural and Heritage Tourism Summit, The National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators and Developers (NABHOOD) and the Miss Bahamas Universe Organization (MBU).  

I effectively use my 25+ years of hospitality, event, tourism and marketing experience to grow my luxury travel and groups business, LUXE Worldwide Travel (www.LUXE-worldwide.com) which was formed in 2002.  After generating over $150,000 in bookings part-time annually with LUXE Worldwide Travel, I left my corporate career as a Senior Business Development Manager responsible for 28 states with Bahamas Ministry of Tourism to re-focus on entrepreneurship full-time in 2017.  

I was the 2022-2024 Chapter President of PTANA (Professional Travel Agents of North America) in Houston TX, and LUXE Worldwide Travel is an independent affiliate of Nexion Travel Group.

I am also a Licensed Financial Advisor and CEO of The DS3 Group, a boutique firm focused on helping individuals, families, small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) achieve success together with financial independence to "Travel Well and Live Well". The DS3 Group focuses on business development for entrepreneurs, brand building, wealth strategies and financial literacy for individuals, families and SMBs.
