My rating of 4 stars is only because we did not initially schedule this trip with Melissa; she inherited "us" from another travel agent who left the company. Once we got into contact with her, she was very helpful and gave us several good tips and made sure we were very comfortable with our travel plans--we had not traveled abroad and were nervous. We were able to figure out what we liked/disliked during this trip--and will plan our next one with Melissa accordingly.

When we decided to plan a trip we were getting overwhelmed by the choices and information. We knew we wanted a sunny beach somewhere, but didn't have a specific destination in mind. It was great to have some insider info about which resorts had what we were looking for. <br/><br/>We ended up selecting the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic based on Melissa's suggestion and it could not have been more perfect! The resort itself is huge which allows for a variety of different activities. There are like 13 different pools so everyday you can do something different if you want! Service was AMAZING and the resort itself was beautiful. We will definitely go back!
