I have been in the travel industry for 15 years and have enjoyed nearly every minute of it. I am passionate about travel and that carries over into every trip I work on for clients or myself. I have personally traveled to many destinations and use the knowledge I've gained to help make every trip perfect. I have been to most of the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii, Jamaica, various islands of the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, Antigua, Costa Rica, numerous destinations in Mexico, Thailand, Singapore, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, the Azores Islands, and Morocco and plan to never stop adding to the list. I also love working with families to plan incredible and memorable vacations that will live on in memories forever and create strong bonds.

My experiences working with Amber Gilge at Destination Travel has been phenomenal. The first time we worked with her was when my husband and I attended a destination wedding in Cancun in April 2014- the bride and groom knew Amber through mutual friends and hired her as their agent. Amber handled all of our flight and booking arrangements for our 5 day stay at an all inclusive resort and we had such a flawless experience that we arranged to have Amber as our agent when we got married in January of 2017.<br/> Amber dedicated so much of her time in working with us through our year-and -a -half long engagement. This was the second trip that Amber has arranged for us. We did everything through email. I am not a seasoned traveler so I always had lots of questions and she was very quick to reply. I gave her ideas of where we wanted to go and she came up with places to stay that fit our wants. When it came to the trip itself, she had given us thorough instructions and we had no problems getting to our destination and back. Amber was wonderful to work with and she helped us with all the little details and any questions we had. Our trip to Hawaii was so well planned. We didn't have to worry about anything but being where we needed to be when we needed to be there. There were six people in our group and she worked well with everyone answering our questions and keeping us all informed of things we needed to do. We chose to not go on one of pre-scheduled tours and Amber took care of canceling for us and getting our refund. I will call Amber, when we plan our next trip! :)
