First cruise
On rather short notice, with just a couple emails and one phone conversation, Rowanne was able to arrange a couple days in Seattle pre- and post- our first cruise to Alaska.

Row has planned all my travel for the last 12years. I would never consider traveling without her input. Some people think using a travel agent means things cost more. That is not the case travel is like any thing else you get what you pay for. Row has saved me money on every trip I have ever taken and she has sent me all over the world.

Easy peezy lemon squeezy
Row makes taking a vacation very easy. We just tell her when, where and what we wanna do and she sends us an itenerary in a day or two. She answers all questions expediently and is always sensitive to cost. She strives to fulfill any personal request regarding room preference etc. She checks in with you while you're there and responds to your questions very promptly. We always appreciate her personal tips about where we are going. She usually has either been there herself or has had a client go there and can tell you some things not in the tour book or web site. Row is not happy unless you are ecstatic. LUV HER!!!

Honeymooning in Italy
Rowanne was extremely prompt, organized, and very knowledgeable about locations in Italy. She was more than willing to work with our wishes and provided great feedback to help us create the most memorable honeymoon itinerary. When asked questions, she always provided multiple options to allow us a variety of choice. She had even checked in with us about 4 days into our trip to ask if things went smoothly. Greek cruise
Wonderful and so easy to work with! Due to Hurricane Irma, Rowanne was successful in rerouting our flight home thru JFK instead of Atlanta. While sitting at JFK during our layover, she alerted us as to the gate change. She was on top of everything during this trip and a previous trip to Alaska.

An unforgettable 20-year Anniversary trip
Row forever changed our vacation experience! What a pleasure it was to have all aspects of planning completed prior to traveling to an unfamiliar country. The most we had to do when arriving to a new Italy destination was to take out our voucher book and tear off the next ticket for transportation, lodging and tours. It saved time and stress allowing us to relax and take in all that the country offered. We had suggested an aggressive initial itinerary and Row made recommendations for what we should keep and cut in order for us to have the best travel experience. Anyone can look on-line and find a hotel, but Row assisted in finding hotels that were central, allowing us fully engage in the cities/towns we stayed in: Venice, Florence, Amalfi Coast and Rome. We opted for private or semi-private tours which was one of the best decisions we made. If you are planning a vacation, look no further than Rowanne Gallo!

Following a performing group through Italy
Our family experience with Rowanne was extremely positive. Our trip was rather complicated in that we wanted to "mirror" a larger traveling group that was touring/performing in 6 cities over 10 days in Italy. We had very specific days and times of travel that required air, train, boat, private car, private tours, and Hotel in multiple cities. The entire week came of without a hitch! Rowanne and her team were professional, polite, proactive, and very good at what they do. I would recommend her without hesitation and plan on working with her again in the future!

Happy Honeymoon!
Rowanne exceeded our expectations! She was informative, prompt and had great follow up. During the planning stages, she made sure to put our interests first to help create the type of trip we wanted. She provided great recommendations, but was also open to our suggestions. Her feedback and advice really helped to make our trip run smoothly. For example, she looked up the specific baggage restrictions for our flights, which helped us to avoid additional baggage fees. During the day of our flight she checked in with us to let us know our flight was on time and/or if a gate had changed. Since we were traveling abroad we really appreciated having transportation set up from the airport to our hotel and vice versa. We felt that she truly cared about our trip!

Wonderful Italy Trip
Rowe was extremely helpful in tailoring our trip to what we wanted while keeping it in our price range. We were able to create a trip with a lot of freedom to explore Italy. Whenever we had a question or request Rowe was very timely and got things adjusted almost immediately. She was very easy to communicate with. The hotels were all in great locations, and the travel vouchers made it very easy to travel. Everything went very smoothly, and was stress free. We traveled effortlessly from Venice to Florence, Florence to Naples, Naples to Sorrento, and lastly Sorrento to Rome. We also received surprise notes with champagne and fruit in a couple of the hotels. It was comforting that she texted us wishing us safe travels and a wonderful time. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience!

Put the Fnishing Touches on a Surprise Trip
Rowe helped our daughters plan a surprise trip for my husband and me, but she didn't stop with helping our daughters with the planning. Row stitched our crazy-quilt ideas into smooth trip!
Row took great care of us on our trips to Charleston and SF, and our trip to the Caribbean, but I wasn't sure anyone would want to tackle our family vacation to Italy. But Row did! We came from Ohio and Virginia, we wanted to arrive in Venice together, leave together from Rome, and we needed to make out-of the-way stops to see friends and family in Abruzzo. She put it all together for us and even accommodated a last-minute request to add an island excursion from Venice. The request was too late for Row to send a voucher - she just told us where to show up, we showed up, and away we went! Our whole trip went smoothly!

Awesome trip to Italy
