A family vacation of a lifetime.
When planning a bucket list trip to Walt Disney World for a family of 11 you definitely need a travel agent. We selected Kira Gartner and what a fantastic decision. From the first phone call to the follow-up after our trip she was remarkable! Our family consists of ages 1 to 61 … and Kira made sure everyone was a priority. She helped us with resort accommodations, dining plans and reservations, park reservations that included Genie+, etc. She was very knowledgeable and detailed in her approach; however made certain we were not stressed but rather enthusiastic and excited for our vacation. We had a blast and I can assure you we made memories for a lifetime. Our grandchildren, our children and my husband and I loved every moment. I highly recommend Kira and will certainly call on her again. <br/>

An excellent time away!!
Kira was right on top of everything. Emailed often with what<br/>we should get in order. How to do it and where to do it. She was so helpful in every aspect of our trip. Which during Covid and different protocols it was great to have her knowledge and experience guiding us. Thanks soo much Kira!!!

Ireland 2023
Kira was helpful in planning our trip. She let us know from the beginning that she needed to gain more experience with Ireland, and she quickly partnered with someone in Ireland who provided valuable information. Some of the hotels could have been more desirable, and I let Kira know that in our follow-up call. I appreciated the preparation email before our departure and the follow-up call upon our return.

Having a travel agent makes life so much easier
Kira has helped us with a few trips now and it has been such a humongous help to have her knowledge and support! I knew I could have planned the cruise we took myself but I also knew that she would be able to ensure that everything was done correctly and that we had two rooms for our family as close as possible with the best deal. She was able to find us two balcony rooms right next to each other, hold them until we confirmed and then made sure we had all the documentation we needed since we were bringing our daughter's two friends with us. I knew she was looking out for me so I didn't have to spend tons of time researching to make sure everything was taken care of. It was a huge relief to have her expertise to help us!

5 Star Vacation all the way
Kira is very friendly and knowledgable about river cruises. She covered all bases with us, worked easily with us, had good suggestions and made this experience super easy. She took all the pressure off of us trying to figure it out for ourselves. She replied promptly to all our correspondence. We enjoyed working with her and will again in the future. I have already been recommending her to friends!

Expert and Fun to Work With
Kira was perfect. Our trip was fairly extensive and involved a portion in Leuven Belgium -- a hidden gem, but not a regular tourist destination. Kira handled it all with grace and insight. Our trip also involved different arrival and departure cities and multiple rail connections including Eurostar. Again, Kira was fantastic. She is easy to deal with, knowledgable and willing to work with idiosyncratic interests and needs. She is my new go to .

Our first European river cruise
Kira has done an amazing job choosing just the right river cruise that met all of our desires and more. Like many others, the pandemic had greatly curtailed our travel ability, and online searches only proved to be more confusing. Kira to the rescue! After an initial phone conversation, she was able to coordinate the perfect trip, which proved to be the trip of a lifetime. Thank you Kira. Amazing multi-generational French River cruise
Kira was amazing. Took all the pressure off of trip planning a complex trip with 8 people from 4 different cities, including a child and a wheelchair-bound senior. Fantastic trip and experience

Once-in-a-Lifetime Family Trip!
Kira was instrumental in creating a family trip for five adults and a young child. Her efforts included finding accommodations (amazing!!) in Roma & Firenze as well as tours in Roma, Firenze & Venezia. She also got us a great deal for a 8-person van we used from Firenze until our return to Roma! Additionally, she was a great resource for traveling with a child (as she had traveled to Europe with four!).<br/><br/>She recommended a tour of Pompeii and Sorrento that checked off a bucket list item for my mother-in-law. It was one of the highlights of our trip.<br/><br/>Kira was involved in choosing the tour guides we used in each of the cities we visited. We even added a tour while we were in Italy; she was available to consult via email during the trip which was very helpful. I would recommend Kira without hesitation for anyone's upcoming travel needs!

A Traveler's Best Friend
Kira is amazing! She is knowledgeable, available, and fun to work with. We have the pleasure of traveling often and we would never make a move without Kira's advice. Once the trip is planned, her services are not over! I remember one time, we were in San Francisco, leaving in the morning for Hawaii and the airlines were having a computer glitch. We called Kira, who answered immediately. Considering the time delay, we were shocked ourselves. She advised us through the process and everything worked out fine! Kira Gartner is a traveler's best friend!

An amazing vacation!
Kira was a delight to work with from the first moment we spoke to her. Our Big Italian Adventure
We had a fabulous family adventure to Italy and I can't imagine that we could have pulled it off without Kira's help. We didn't do an "arrive in Italy and join a tour group." Our trip was custom made for traveling with a family of 6 including a 1 1/2 year old.. Our apartments were booked and individual tours to a few requested sites were arranged. Kira's suggestions and advise served us well. <br/>Ultimately we had an amazing trip with wonderful memories for a lifetime.

Highly recommend Kira!!
Kira planned our 2018 trip to Disney World because we were so overwhelmed. She made it a truly seamless, stress-less, enjoyable experience for us so that we could have the best time as a family. In 2019 Kira planned our trip to Negril, Jamaica and again - we were blown away by how easy she made it for us. She was able to help with little details as well as recommend fun excursions to take. Kira will plan our 2020 trip to Italy because we are so confident that she just "gets" our family and understands how we like to vacation. I cannot recommend Kira enough!!
