This trip to Maui was long overdue. We had to postpone it due to the pandemic. Karina was very helpful in rescheduling it for us and kept us informed of the ever changing requirements for travel. We had a great time visiting our son who lives on Maui as it had been a very long time since we'd seen him. Karina started helping us plan our cruise for last summer long before Covid began, and she has been amazing to work with. Needless to say our cruise was cancelled, and so was the rebooked one. Karina put together a remarkable 10-day Croatian cruise and tour, coupled with a wonderful 10-day travel experience in Florence/Tuscany and Cinque Terre for my wife and me. Klassic Travel left no detail to chance working with a local tour manager and specific venue guides. We enjoyed a beautiful yachting experience and immersion in the cultural and culinary heritage of the islands off Croatia with side trips to Krka and Plitivice National Parks. Our time in Italy was equally wonderful with a well-orchestrated itinerary which included museums and many UNESCO World Heritage sites. The trip she planned to Maui and The Big Island was absolutely top tier!<br/>As we began planning the trip, I told her that there were 3 specific things I wanted to do as a family-kayak and snorkel with sea turtles, attend a luau, and swim with the giant manta rays at night. Navigating COVID restrictions was a breeze
When my good friends first mentioned a destination wedding in Cancun, I was really excited! And then a slight wave of dread washed over me when I realized there would be additional challenges navigating an international trip in the era of COVID. A Wonderful Trip to Ireland
First, we planned this trip in 2019 and it was overtaken by COVID. Karina was excellent in helping keep our trip on track so we could finally take it in 2022. We were grateful for her patience and determination over 2+ years to help us make it a reality.<br/><br/>Second, she was an expert guide in navigating the difficult travel environment in Europe in the summer of 2022. Just as our trip began, our return flight was cancelled. Karina took care of the rebooking and hotel and rental car adjustments so we could focus on our trip.<br/><br/>Third, we stayed in four cities while in Ireland, and in planning the trip we gave Karina guidance on the types of accommodations and experiences we wanted. Karina at Klassic Travel has done the impossible. My wife and I have six teenage kids so planning family vacations used to be almost as stressful as raising this crew. Roughly four years ago we decided to turn this task over to Karina, who has always exceeded all expectations. In this time we have booked three cruises and a couple of resort stays with Karina and each were as simple as a couple of e-mail exchanges. We simply provide her our rough criteria and budget and she provides us with a number of options to pick from. All quotes have been comparable to the best prices we could find online and the one time we found a better deal she was able to work with the cruise line to get us the discounted price. Karina is very detail oriented and even after booking she helped by printing all boarding documents, providing a document organizer that could hold all of our passports and other documents, providing high quality luggage tags, and so on. Now my most difficult chores include, finding a couple of chairs on the Lido deck and keeping our cocktails refreshed. Karina has always had good suggestions and made our vacation planning almost effortless. Thank you Karina; you are the BEST!!!

I was just about to give up on travel agents altogether until I worked with Karina! We've had some pretty awful experiences in the past and I was hesitant to use a travel agent again. She came recommended to us by a co-worker who frequently books with her, so I decided to give it one more shot. I'm so glad I did!<br/>From the very beginning, Karina was a pleasure to work with. She took notes of all of my concerns with past agents and the types of resorts we've liked and disliked. We weren't set on any one location. I gave Karina a list of places we've always wanted to see and our ideal budget. We had a group of 15 U.S. youth billiard competitors and their families traveling to Shanghai, China for the world championships. My trip with 16 teenagers to Kansas City was flawless.
Karina has been our team travel go to person for about 3 or 4 years now. She has been excellent in getting us the best fare possible both for flights and for rental vans. Everything about our trip was handled seamlessly and accurately. Karina made good recommendations, anticipated issues, followed up each step of the way, and sent clear summaries and materials. We often do our own planning or sometimes struggle being on the same page with agents, but Karina took all the work off our shoulders and communicated perfectly. Wounderful Experience with Karina

We've used Karina's services on a couple of occasions. The first time was for a 3 week European tour for my family. She spent quite a bit of time going over details such as the type of accommodations that would suit my family, excursions, how to get around in each of the cities we were visiting, etc. The places that she wound up booking us to stay were remarkable. In Rome, we were right next to the Spanish Stairs with an amazing view of them right from our apartment. Our next trip was a 30 year anniversary vacation to Hawaii. Having never been to Hawaii and not really knowing where to go, she was quite helpful in that decision as well. Again, the accommodations that she helped us select for this special trip were awesome. She even made sure that they were aware of our anniversary and we wound up with vouchers for dinner and a bottle of champagne. I would definitely recommend Karina for your next trip.

Husband and teenage son and I wanted a tour of southern Italy. Karina set us up with wonderful places to stay, an itinerary that clearly provided transportation and sights, and a great working relationship so that our trip was stress-free.
