A bike accident left one of us in the hospital and in need of changing reservations for room, car, and contacting our travel insurance carrier. I was unable to get anything done - the virus situation was just starting to erupt and I was on hold with everyone. I contacted Karen - within 45 minutes she was back to me with new plane reservations, extended our rental car, had two options for a different hotel closer to the hospital and had initiated a claim with the insurance. I do no know what I would have done without her help. She is super at her job and really understood what we needed. She is great and I am in the process of telling all of my friends!
