I contacted Joe Lang in mid March 2016 and inquired about planning my 1st anniversary trip with my wife. He was our agent in 2015 thru a referral so I decided to use his services again as our honeymoon was AMAZING!
I wanted to find a location with a direct flight and during the 4th of July holiday extended weekend so I was worried the dates and the timing would work both financially and schedule wise (limited vacation days with my new job).

When we found another option for flights, he did additional research on that flight to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and a better option for all of us. He did a follow up once we were back from vacation to see how everything went, he inquired about the hotel he reserved and the flight times that we had chosen. I would recommend Joe for anyone looking to use a travel agent, He was easy to work with.

On a Sunday, I emailed Joe and said I need to go on a vacation somewhere warm and fabulous in 10 days. Well, in ten days, started Spring Break, for almost everyone. Joe immediately called me and searched a number of resorts and found the last two tickets on a plane to our destination. Joe picked the resort and found the tickets and within 2 hours of my email our goal was accomplished. The resort he picked was fabulous and we had the best time. I will forever use him for travel plans and let him pick the hotel.

I met Joe through the Chamber of Commerce and emailed him about helping us plan a short vacation to the Caribbean. We ended up choosing Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic because we had been there once before and enjoyed it. Joe sent us several options for all-inclusive resorts and we picked one that we felt best suited us. The booking process was simple. Joe did everything! The morning of the departure, we were charged a $50 baggage fee for our checked bag. Joe had told us that one checked bag was free since we bought the trip insurance. But the lady at the airline counter said we didn't have the "right" insurance that covered a checked bag. Oh well, we thought. We paid it. When we got back, Joe contacted me and asked how the trip was. I said GREAT. The resort was wonderful. The staff was attentive. We enjoyed the food and drinks and pool and honestly - everything the resort offered. I told him about the $50 bag fee. He asked for the receipt. We didn't have one. All I was able to send was a transaction from my Bank of America card showing the charge. Joe was awesome enough to make that work and now we are going to be reimbursed the $50. I cannot tell you how impressed we were with Joe for doing this. In addition, Joe called us the day we left for our trip and the following day to check in. Just great service all around. We'll be using Joe again and telling our friends to call him if they need a great travel agent that really cares about his clients.

Joe was essential in planning my trip to SE Asia. He was very patient in presenting Mekong River cruise information until I found just the right one; I even received a free single supplement for a deluxe cabin. Also took time to find the best air fare. He planned an extension to Danang, Hoi An, Hue and Laos. All of the hotels were perfect, reflecting the character of each city and located in ideal locations where touring the areas on foot was no problem.
The transfers from the airports to the hotels and back were arranged with the guides checking us in to all hotels, accompanying us to the airport ticket counters and not leaving us until we went through security. In a country like Laos where little English is spoken this was very important. Throughout the trip I had some questions and emailed him. Within hours he had answered and taken care of all concerns--even when, for him, it was the middle of the night. My 3 1/2 week trip, which involved 3 countries and much air travel, was flawless.
