Dori was great. I personally dont like to overwhelm ppl with too many request or questions, but Dori made me feel at ease about how many request i made. She was always prompt with her replies. <br/><br/>The resort we stayed at (Hilton Playa del Carmen) was beautiful. We were offered a refreshing non alcoholic drink upon arrival, which was very much needed after a long (over an hour) ride from the airport. The resort was close to 5th ave, which was where there are bars and souvenior shopping. There was also a small mall nearby. I was expecting to be tucked back within the greenery, which is what i saw dropping others off on the way, but it was close to action. Hilton Playa Del Carmen offered a plethora of different restaurants. While they were different the food was basically the same; nothing to write home about. I am a bit of a picky eater, but my friend is not; Neither of us enjoyed the food... not even the upgraded steak and lobster. <br/>overall great trip
