I recently enjoyed a level of service I did not expect or thought still existed, especially when it came to travel agents. I recently had the pleasure of working with Gilbert, a Certified Travel Counselor at Elemental Travel, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Gilbert was attentive and patient when answering our questions. Even though I had a thousand questions, Gilbert was incredibly patient and always provided thoughtful, detailed information when we spoke on the phone, during our conference video calls, or in email. I have to mention, his calm, rich, mellow voice when describing the cruise ships and itineraries made it feel like I was already on the cruise enjoying myself. When it came to trip planning, I tried reseaching for a different cruise, something with more inclusions. I wanted to experience my first “premium” or luxury cruise. I was not prepared for all of the overwhelming options and different rates when searching for a cruise.
