What I do: I am the owner of EMC² Travel Planners. I handle corporate and crew-based travel projects. We do several conferences and conventions with some of my longtime clients, including fraternal, religious and association groups and dance competitions.
Greatest career accomplishment: I won the Philanthropist Award from Hilton for my work with a battered women’s shelter in Prince William County, Virginia, and from Marriott for my service to Prince William County Schools.
Impressive stats: For over seven years I have been working with Covanta Energy, I have been able to reduce their expenses by more than $75,000.
What I’m working on: I am excited to be working with Meet in Ireland.
What I do outside of work: I am a chamber of commerce ambassador for our city. I sit on the long-term planning board for our Merchants Association and volunteer on some of the events. I help with social media training and making their business processes more efficient. I work with Families to Freedom as their free-lance event planner to help provide transportation solutions for victims of domestic violence.
