Amazing trip to Florence, Venice and Rome, Italy!
We had an amazing trip thanks to Shannon. We reached out to Shannon with less than a month before we left and she saved the day. All we had was plane tickets booked and she took care of everything else. She created an itinerary that was perfect for us. She also booked clean hotels, in the perfect areas. Shannon allowed us to have a stress-free, perfect trip. I will go through Shannon for every trip out of the country from now on!

Excellent family trip

Travel is easy with Shannon on our team
Shannon is incredible. She makes travel super easy. She answers every question we have right down to our flights home. She does it all, from sending multiple destination choices to reminding us to check into flights. Shannon even sent food recipes to make before our trip so we could get a taste of what taste we will enjoy on our trip.

Another new experience
Working with Shannon has been awesome. She makes the decision to go on vacation very enjoyable, in fact we find ourselves deciding to go more often because it’s so easy. Wether it’s the multiple location choices or the planning of transportation while on vacation Shannon takes care of it all and is always there when we have more questions. Vacations are suppose to be relaxing and Shannon makes every part of it stress free, right down to suggesting what we should pack or reminding us to turn our thermostat down to save on heating bills while away. We just got back from another new location and are already talking about where we can have Shannon help us get to our next .

Fabulous Christmas Disney Trip
Shannon was wonderful helping me plan our Disney vacation. I can't even begin to list all of the tips and recommendations she gave that made our trip incredible. Days before our trip we found out one our kids would have to be on crutches and she helped with that too- recommended and secured a motorized scooter for us, helped with airline wheelchair, and made sure we had a first floor hotel room. Shannon was always a quick text away. She really went above and beyond.

A trip that exceeded our expectations!
Shannon really explored our interests and goals then provided options. She has traveled to Ireland and provided a pre-trip list of options for money exchange, sites, restaurants, pubs, and shopping that we were able to research prior to arrival. She arranged a great tour. We felt much more informed than other "first timers" on our tour. Shannon checked in frequently before we left. upon arrival in Ireland, and upon return to the U.S. We knew we could contact her anytime during the tour. We are (mid-70's) and this was our first trip outside North America: We never felt stressed or overwhelmed. We certainly recommend Shannon Phelps if you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring, travel agent who is thorough and stays with you from start to end.

The BEST wedding anniversary!
Working with Shannon was a great experience. We hadn’t traveled outside of the country since our honeymoon 10 years ago. Shannon made the whole process easy. Our Trip to Paradise
Working with Shannon made planning our group trip to Punta Cana incredibly easy! With 6 people going we had to make many changes and revisions along the way and Shannon handled everything quickly and efficiently. She provided us a detailed list of possible destinations, updated us frequently on our airline reservation status and pricing, looked into excursion options and pricing at the resort we chose as well as mailed us detailed information about the property we chose. Next time we book a trip - whether it be a small trip to World Finals in Charlotte or our next big trip to the Caribbean - we will definitely be using Shannon and Momentum Vacations to make all the arrangements!

Checking off our bucket list vacations
We decided to take a vacation pretty much last minute. Having used Shannon as a travel agent before I knew we needed her and her expertise. No way could our trip have happened if we didn’t use Shannon. She found multiple choices for us to review and even destinations we hadn’t thought of, one of which we chose. From the first day reaching out to her till even now after we have returned she has made everything easy and relaxing. I believe she even emailed me apologizing for a delay in one of our flights before I even knew we were running late. Shannon answered all questions and concerns promptly and precisely. We already can’t wait for her to start booking our next trip!!

Travel made easy, what a great trip!
