Planning travel is what I am meant to do. It thrills me to help direct families and individuals to an amazing, memory-making vacation that they might not have thought of on their own. I love the excitement it brings to people to anticipate their trip. I love getting pictures and comments while they are away and I love hearing about their adventures when they return. Not only do I get to live vicariously with each vacation, but I genuinely like my clients. I've made so many friends and strengthened so many friendships through this work. We just returned from 2 weeks in Italy and our travel agent Branda Rozell could not have made it any easier. The trip of a lifetime!
Brenda did everything! She thought of everything and I know for sure that I could have never done or known all the things that had to be done. She suggested all the hotels and they were fabulous! All were within walking distance to the best parts of the destination. She did ALL of our transfers, including water taxis, trains, airport transfers, etc. Brenda suggested daily excursions that were wonderful and perfect for my family. The First cruise Brenda booked for us was supposed to sail on March 14, 2020 but was canceled less than 48 hours before sailing. Since that day, Brenda has literally spent countless hours working with the cruise line rescheduling our Spring Break family vacation only to reschedule it again and again as the Covid deadlines and restrictions evolved. Brenda had access to back door phone numbers and contacts at the cruise line that us mortals can’t access. <br/>In addition to being a rennetless advocate, as a travel agent Brenda can offer unique booking benefits and countless recommendations. For our 2021 family road trip, Brenda had suggestions on everything from hotels to ice-cream shops. She has also booked a 23 day risk free European vacation for my Parents this Fall as well as our Anniversary cruise to the Western Caribbean I just completed last week. Even with Covid restrictions relaxing, there is still plenty to go wrong. It was comforting knowing Brenda had our back.
