Better than expected group trip!
I recently went on a group trip that was planned by Alyssa. The group had planned the trip several months prior to the trip. I was undecided until approx. 2 weeks before the trip. I contacted Alyssa and she assured me that she could make this trip a reality for me. She did just that. She booked my accommodations and airfare within 24 hours. When I got to the resort I was on the same wing as the rest of the group and had all of the same amenities. She arranged everything to perfection. We were literally treated exceptionally well. I usually book my own trips because I am a control freak but having this experience with Alyssa was life changing. I made one text to her and didn't have to lift a finger after that. She contacted the entire group every step of the way. She even had us download an app that allowed us to cut down the line when we arrived back in the US. I was very impressed with Alyssa and will definitely use her again with great confidence.

As I am a person who is detailed-oriented, I was throughly impressed by Alyssa. She took the details to higher heights. Our decision to travel, especially during Spring Break, was somewhat last minute, and she made it work!!!! She coordinated the lodging, airfare & transportation, which saved me a ton of time. The check-ins with her prior to my trip were great as well, as I had several questions prior to our departure. And I can't say enough about our itinerray package. Everything, and I mean everything, was bundled together nicely. And I am planning on utilizing Alyssa when planning a trip for my 25th wedding anniversary.

The best Mother/Daughter Sweet 16 Birthday Travel.
Alyssa was excellent in being communicative with my travels during my entire resort visit. Despite interruptions because of the hurricane, she managed to keep me in vacation mode while she addressed any issues and/or concerns that arose. As a result, I was able to enjoy a restful and relaxed time away. I attribute much of that to Alyssa and her being constantly engaged throughout our visit.

Well, I always book my trips in advance, so this review is based on my experience prior to travel. I booked a cruise with Virgin for October 2024.. Unfortunately, that was cancelled due to their new ship delayed. Alyssa was on it before I could blink my eye. She communicated what happened, and told me the steps forward. The same day Virgin added new itineraries, is the same day my rebooking was complete! Alyssa is AWESOME! I would recommend her to everyone.

Best Mother Daughter Trip Ever!
Ms. Stevens was quite knowledgable about Caribbean travel and provided many options to choose from. Her friendly personality makes it easy to talk with her and I felt very confident everything would go smoothly for our vacation.She was professional, efficient and honest from start to finish, saying often that she would only recommend reputable vendors that she had done business with before. The accommodations that Alyssa suggested were amazing and she even arranged a special birthday surprise for my daughter. She made herself available through What's App throughout the entire trip and checked in on us daily to see if we needed anything. She is an excellent problem solver, providing extra support during the end of our trip when challenges came up with Southwest Airlines. She took care of booking another flight through American Airlines and rental car to get us home safely. Alyssa was incredibly attentive, professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented from our first contact to the day we arrived home from our trip. She recommended a location and hotel within our budget that was fabulous- beyond our dreams for a getaway. She was constantly in contact with us to make sure we had our paperwork in order and to let us know about attractions at the location. She even organized with the hotel to have birthday decorations put up for our little boys birthday! Also, she helped secure us a late check out so we could have a relaxed exit. When our flight home was delayed, she was in contact every hour to check in on us and to give us advice. All in all, we had the trip of a lifetime and we owe it all to Alyssa. What Happens in Vegas... Stays in Vegas!
It was great working with Alyssa! We did a Girl’s trip to Las Vegas and Alyssa planned everything from air flights, hotel and limo transportation to and from the airport. I’ve been to Las Vegas many times, but this was my first time staying at the Venetian. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend one of their suites.
