I recently went on a group trip that was planned by Alyssa. The group had planned the trip several months prior to the trip. I was undecided until approx. 2 weeks before the trip. Well, I always book my trips in advance, so this review is based on my experience prior to travel. I booked a cruise with Virgin for October 2024.. Unfortunately, that was cancelled due to their new ship delayed. Alyssa was on it before I could blink my eye. She communicated what happened, and told me the steps forward.
