We travel frequently. Without hesitation, our experience with Kelly and Aqua Breeze Vacations has been the best. Initially, Kelly helped us to select our cruise and cruise line. She guided us through all the decisions and paperwork that a cruise entails. But the wheels fell off when the passports were late for grandkids. We couldn't finish the cruise paperwork...she took care of it. With less than a week to go, we found out our daughter and son-in-law only had passport cards. Kelly found and booked flights, hotels, and land transportation to get them into Canada. She came by our house for over an hour to ensure everyone had documents and understood what they needed to do. My wife's leg was hurt in the same week. Kelly, on her own, arranged for wheelchairs at every airport and for the cruise. Kelly is not good, not great; she is amazing.
