Amazing honeymoon
Heather is awesome. She answered every question we had and was very easy to reach. Lack of communication and lack of listening to our opinion were some of the problems we had with the other agent we tried and heather was so far from that it was amazing. She is knowledgeable and we will definitely use her again.

An Extended Weekend Getaway

Niagra Falls and Whale watching.
Very positive. She was proactive, shared many ideas for our trip, and communicated very well. Heather was upbeat and easy to work with . She took a lot of the stress out of our planning. We feel she went above and beyond. She also brought activities for our granddaughter who travelled with us.

Awesome family trip to the Dominican Republic
Heather did an amazing job of helping us with our vacation to the Dominican Republic. She walked us through all of our options (where to stay, plane tickets, excursions, etc) and helped with with everything. She was always available and responded quickly to our questions with the right amount of information (not so much you were overwhelmed). We will definitely use her again for our next vacation. Wonderful Honeymoon
Heather was wonderful to work with! We had an idea of the kind of resort we wanted and the general area, and she was able to give us several options within our budget. She even navigated several challenges with airlines changing flight times, and resorts closing. We wound up getting upgraded to a wonderful resort and did not have to stress about the details at all, which was a major perk leading up to the wedding!

The Best Graduation Trip For My Son
Heather was knowledgeable in providing information while booking our trip and prompt in responding to any questions I had while booking our trip and also during our trip. She listened to the type of trip we wanted and came up with the perfect vacation package, including booking our excursions. I also loved the app that she provided me to have on my phone logging our entire trip as well as a folder with hard copies of everything we needed to have, as a visual.

Awesome family spring break!

Totally Worth It

Vitamin D does the body good!!
Heather was amazing - she was able to get us a very last minute reservation so we could vacation with friends. She arranged all of the details on Thursday for a Saturday departure. She continued to work on getting us seats on the direct charter flight, and was successful at this without us even asking her to do this. She arranged a private transfer to the resort for the 4 of us, checked in to make sure that everything was up to our expectations, and kept in contact all week. Will definitely use Heather again for travel arrangements when the need arises! The resort was amazing, would not hesitate to make a return trip there in the future was well.

Beautiful Honeymoon
Heather designed a wonderful honeymoon for us! We got a nicer room and resort than we thought was possible with our budget. She answered my many questions very quickly, she checked in while on our trip, and she quickly helped with any minor hiccups. We will definitely work with Heather for our next vacation!

Wonderful multi generational experience

A very good trip!
Our flights to/from Poland went well and the Poznan Airport Hotel was an inexpensive 5-star place with the best ever free breakfast buffet. It was less than 2 blocks from the airport exit. Using the room phone once cost us $60 - no other "surprises"!

Great Spring Break Trip

Bali and Lombok, Indonesia 2025
I am very happy I reached out to Heather. My husband and I thought Bali would be a great adventure to add to our travel list. It was quite the experience. The islands of Bali and Lombok are beautiful! Truly amazing. However, they are (Bali especially) VERY crowded. VERY busy. My phrase I use to describe them is, "overpopulated and underdeveloped." Lombok was much less busy. We were able to rent a car and go explore on our own more. We LOVED the quietness of Lombok. The mountains were beautiful and easy to explore by car. Waterfalls were amazing and uncrowned. Snorkeling was impressive (keep in mind the pollution problem Indonesia has though), reef fish of all kinds, we saw a sea turtle and a lion fish, and many other colorful types.
Without Heather's advice in planning our stays, transfers and guides, we would have been in trouble. She lined everything up for us and it was great. If you are looking for your first trip to Bali, I highly recommend reaching out to her for advice.

I had a great time !

Best time of my Life
Wow! I have never had such great service! She made so many suggestions, kept us updated at all times, set us up with an APP, checked in with us while on the trip, and made sure all was good! Amazing Stress Free Travel
Heather helped us plan our honeymoon, and we were blown away by how helpful and accommodating she was! We gave her such a vague idea of what we were looking for in a resort, and she almost immediately got back to us with a ton of amazing options. After that she helped us narrow it down and make the best decision for us. She helped us book excursions, she went out of her way to give us options for parking at the airport, she checked on us the morning we left and once we got to the resort, and she answered our call when we had a couple questions at the resort. I can’t imagine how stressful this trip would have been without Heather and Winsom Travel, but with them it was almost stress free. We will definitely use them again the next time we do a big trip like this.

Service at it's Finest!
Heather has been wonderful to work with on our last 3 vacations. This vacation was to the Melia in Punta Cana, and the resort was exceptional. The food was amazing as well. We had a family emergency come up shortly after we arrived, and she was available (even though she was on vacation herself). She's the best!

Anniversary Trip
Heather recently helped my husband and I plan our anniversary trip to the Dominican Republic. I want to start by saying that our previous experiences working with travel agents left us far less than satisfied. It was really important to us to work with an agent with great communication, experience with many destinations/resorts, and willingness to work within a budget. Heather checked all of those boxes and then far exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated Heather's honesty and her response time to emails is top notch. Choosing to work with Heather was our last hurrah at trying a travel agent and she has earned a customer for life.

Perfectly Planned Anniversary Trip
We chose Heather for help planning our 5th Wedding Anniversary. We decided on Clearwater Beach Florida and it was a blast. Everything was planned perfectly and Heather was always very responsive to all of my questions. I’m a nervous flyer so I really wanted to avoid a layover. She helped us a plan a flight out of chicago and we did the park & fly hotel stay the night before. I’ll definitely be using her services for all of our future trips!

Heather was SO amazing to work with. She was able to help us narrow down the type of resort that would best fit our desires. Huge Help during Pandemic Travel
Heather was such a huge help planning our trip to Cancun. She helped us narrow down resort options and arrange all of our transportation needs. We originally were planning to go in 2020 but, of course, the pandemic changed those plans. Heather helped us rebook all of our plans and to navigate all of the Covid requirements when we were able to finally go in 2021. The resort she recommended to us was amazing and we had a fabulous time!
