Travel is an integral part of my life. My mother was a Flight Attendant with United Airlines for over 40 years and I was fortunate enough that she started showing me the world from a young age. This sparked my interest and passion for traveling to new and exciting destinations. It also opened my eyes to broader experiences beyond my small New England town. Early world travel allowed me to wholeheartedly embrace opportunities such as living abroad and a global business career in advertising and marketing.

I officially started my travel advisor business in 2022, but have a wealth of trip planning experience and knowledge from decades of personal travel and advising. Since I have traveled my whole life – as a young child, a teen, a college student, a 20s single, a young married couple, a family with infants and young children, a family with teens, a large extended family group – I have a deep understanding of travel expectations and practical experiences for trips at all life stages. Having lived in Munich, Germany for 3 years in my late 20s, my husband and I traveled extensively in Europe. It was fulfilling to act as an experienced tour guide and trip planner for so many of our visitors who were eager to be a part of our exciting adventures.

Through world travel, I have a robust appreciation for so many interesting cultures, historical sights, breathtaking landscapes, bustling cities, nature and animals beyond where I live. Approaching our empty nest years, not only am I looking forward to continuing to broaden my horizons while creating incredible memories, I am excited to take my love of travel to the next level by establishing my own travel agency, CTM: Create Travel Memories. We recently returned from an unforgettable trip to the Grand Tetons, and Yellowstone, and I cannot thank Cristin enough for crafting such a flawless experience. Cristin provided us with invaluable advice on traveling to Iceland and a great independent itinerary. We took our family of five (3 young adult/teen) children to Reykjavík, the South Coast and the Snaefellsnes peninsula in August. Cristin determined this route with accommodations that were a great fit for a family of 5 with varying interests and travel stamina. Using CTM's detailed itinerary planning services is a must! It included bookings of several guided activities in advance, as well as estimated travel times, and suggested additional adventures depending on how energetic or adventurous we were feeling. Cristin takes great interest in understanding each family member's likes and preferences ahead of time to develop an appropriate itinerary. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!
